Overview
The WL3050 double pinch valve is a tube-control valve that regulates liquid or air flow by mechanically compressing a flexible tube. The fluid never contacts the valve mechanism, ensuring contamination-free operation. Its compact design and stable sealing make it suitable for medical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, chemical and industrial automation applications.

How it works

• Place the tubing inside the valve body so the medium flows only within the tube.
• When the actuator is powered, pinch arms compress the tube from both sides to seal and stop flow.
• When power is removed the tube is released and returns to shape, allowing flow to resume.
• The double-side pinch increases sealing force, reduces tube deformation and provides more stable flow control than single-side designs.
