Overview
The Weishaupt Geoblock® WGB brine-to-water heat pumps recover heat from the ground for heating and cooling. They are among the most robust, quiet and efficient systems and are available up to 14 kW of capacity.

Key features

• Efficiency: from 1 kW of electrical input, the unit delivers up to 5 kW of energy; one of the best brine-to-water heat pumps on the market.
• Flexible capacity: modular operation with circulators and compressors that adapt progressively to demand. Modulation ranges depending on model: 1.7 to 8.6 kW or 3.1 to 14.2 kW.
• Smart integration: prepared for connection to smart grids (SG Ready) and for integration with photovoltaic installations.
• Universal application: available up to 8 or 14 kW. Suitable for new-build and energy renovation. Flow temperatures up to 65 °C, compatible with underfloor heating and radiators and capable of producing domestic hot water without electric backup in some configurations.
• Quiet operation: sound-insulated casing with composite acoustic insulation, sound levels from 39 dB(A).
• Cooling: cooling capability including "passive cooling" by exploiting the ground's stable temperature to cool the heating circuit.
• Easy control: controllable via PC, tablet or smartphone, or directly on the unit; interfaces with large color display and "Turn + Push" control concept; iOS/Android apps and the WEM portal offer extensive configuration options.
• Eligibility for incentives: high efficiency making systems eligible for public financial support.
• Complete offer: all coordinated components (circulators, room thermostat, etc.); service options include geothermal drilling and connection up to the building boundary.
• Labels: EHPA international quality label.
