OverviewThe YUNYI 4G Wireless Roots flow meter is a volumetric (Roots rotary) gas meter designed for precise measurement of non-corrosive gases. It integrates flow, temperature and pressure detection with automatic temperature and pressure compensation to display corrected total volume under standard conditions.
Operating principleThe meter uses a pair of precision-machined conjugate rotors (waist wheels) that rotate alternately under the pressure differential between inlet and outlet. Each full rotation discharges a gas volume equal to four times the effective volume of the metering chamber. A magnetic sealed coupling and reduction mechanism transmit rotor revolutions to the totalizer for accurate cumulative volume calculation and display.
