Operating PrincipleThe core operating principle utilizes a pair of precision-machined conjugate rotors (waist wheels) that rotate alternately under the pressure differential between the inlet and outlet fluids. Each complete rotation of the rotors discharges gas equivalent to four times the effective volume of the metering chamber. Through a magnetic sealed coupling device and a reduction mechanism, the rotor’s rotation count is transmitted to the totalizer, enabling precise calculation and display of the cumulative volumetric flow rate.
