CP Series Description CP series has a pair of 2 plate cams combined in input shaft, and cam follower bearings fixed in output shaft. With these two shafts being arranged parallel, it is suitable not only for rotating movement of table but also for driving of conveyer system which transfers given stroke and stops. CP series has a merit that given stroke's transfer and stop can be repeated in output simply by rotating of input shaft while other auxiliary device such as brake and stopper is needed to stop in the case of adopting (other unit) to conveyer when the motor is driving alone. Features 1. Indexing numbers of stop Smaller indexing angles are available at 1 to 4 stops. While a roller gear index drive with 4 stops generally requires minimum indexing angle to be more than 180°, CP series can design up to 90° indexing angle so easy movement design is possible. 2. Oscillation Oscillation cam with max. 45° of oscillating angle is available. 3. Unlimited mounting positions All 6 mounting positions are available for flexible system design. 4. Wide range of Sizes Standardized 11 models available for axial distance (shaft-to-shaft) from 45 - 315mm to select an optimal size. 5. Accurate Repeatability Cam-follower bearing for output shaft is under preloaded mechanism to minimize its backlash enabling it to keep accurate repeatability and smooth motion. 6. Diversified options available Various options such as torque limiter, reducer, clutch, Brake can be combined.
