Designed for fast, precise machining of lock holes, handle and hinge drilling, espagnolette holes and water-drain slots on aluminium and PVC profiles in a single cycle without releasing the workpiece.

• Template copy router with 1 vertical and 2 horizontal spindle motors
• Performs operations on three sides of the profile without reclamping
• Pneumatic clamping: 2 horizontal and 2 vertical clamps
• Pneumatic horizontal and vertical tracers for diameters Ø5, Ø8 and Ø10 mm
• Horizontal and vertical templates with standard figures for PVC and aluminium profiles
• High-precision bearing mechanism, gas shock absorbers and ergonomic arm design
• 1 m roller tables on both right and left sides
• Manually adjustable profile stops (right and left) for accurate positioning
