Description

Overview
YIZUMI introduces an integrated feeding system for a cleaner production environment. Our turnkey solution includes raw materials, molds, equipment, and processes. This Hydraulic Toggle-Clamp Bakelite Injection Molding Machine is available with clamping forces from 900 to 4,800 kN.

Highlights
  • High cost-effectiveness
  • High stability
  • High integration

Uniform-stress clamping technology
Both the fixed and movable platen design adopts uniform-stress clamping technology, resulting in less platen deformation. Uniform distribution of clamping force between mold and platen can prevent flash, missing parts, and other defects, thus reducing the mold clamping force and extending platen life.

Optimized injection unit
UN90-480U1 series injection molding machine adopts a single-carriage injection unit. The optimized injection unit improves rigidity and ensures coaxiality between the injection unit movement direction and injection force, reducing resistance and improving injection stability and accuracy.

YIZUMI 3rd Generation Servo Energy-saving Technology
The 3rd generation energy-saving servo system features small moment of inertia, no bottom flow, and lower energy consumption. The whole oil circuit is optimized to reduce movement resistance and pressure flow loss during machine operation, ensuring lower power consumption of the complete machine.

MS control system
  • Control unit uses a Cortex-A55 processor with a scan time of 0.25 ms for speedy response and accurate control
  • Memory for 1000 sets of mold data; USB port for storage extension
  • 7+1 sections of PID temperature control; supports switchover between type J and type K thermocouples
  • Automatic PID tuning to improve temperature control accuracy

Additional features
  • Uniform-stress clamping reduces platen deformation and improves molding quality
  • Single-carriage injection design improves rigidity and injection accuracy
  • Hydraulic toggle-clamp structure suitable for Bakelite/phenolic molding processes
  • Integrated feeding system option for cleaner production environment and turnkey process supply (raw materials, molds, equipment, processes)
