Linear wave spring LLS series — Carbon steel or Stainless steelDescription:Linear wave springs are continuous wave-formed strips designed to provide axial spring force with reduced working height and compact installation envelope. Manufactured from flattened strip, they offer predictable load-deflection behavior and consistent spring rate within the allowable deformation range. Compared with stamped wave springs, LLS linear wave springs use pre-tempered strip and rounded edges for improved dimensional stability and repeatability.
Main features:- Form: continuous wave formed from flat strip
- Typical thickness: 0.012 in
- Widths available: 0.188 in and 0.25 in
- Standard lengths shown: 1.5, 3, 4.5, 6 in
- Number of waves: 1 to 4 (per part number)
- Reduced working height vs. round-wire springs — space- and material-saving
- Predictable load and spring rate suitable for precision assemblies
