Working principle:A group of rotating cutting discs with staggered blades is mounted inside the peeling chamber and driven by a motor to achieve high cutting speed. The peeling chamber incorporates a leak-proof sealing structure to maintain hygiene and prevent product loss during processing.
Transmission system:The transmission includes a propulsion device and a chain conveyor mechanism. Material propulsion speed is adjustable from 0.2 to 1.5 m/min to accommodate different potato varieties and processing requirements.
Electrical control box:The control box houses the main power lines, switches and control elements, enabling simple, safe operation and speed regulation via frequency converter.
