Fully automatic garlic peeling machine SP300 is a chain-type pneumatic peeler that uses compressed-air airflow to remove garlic skin. The dry (waterless) pneumatic peeling achieves natural separation of the skin while preserving clove integrity and a smooth surface, suitable for continuous industrial processing.

Main features:
  • Peeling rate: 90%–98%; collision (damage) rate: 5%–8%.
  • Dry peeling technology: waterless process reduces wastewater and complies with food hygiene standards.
  • No strict requirements on clove size or variety; can process without pre-sorting.

Operation principle
The machine directs high-velocity airflow generated by compressed air across the chain conveyor to blow off garlic skins. This pneumatic action detaches skins without mechanical scraping, minimizing damage and ensuring intact, smooth cloves for downstream processing.
