Introduction
The apple peeler and corer is designed for industrial processing of apples, pears, mangoes and similar fruits. The machine operates on mechanical principles with PLC control to perform peeling, coring and slicing operations in continuous production lines. The peeling blade compensates for variations in fruit shape and allows adjustable peel thickness to minimise flesh loss and reduce fruit damage.
