OverviewThe ZAvblue is a free-running impeller engineered for high-volume axial-flow ventilation in confined installation spaces. Its compact overall height matches market standards to allow direct replacement and, in some cases, enables use of smaller dimensions without loss of performance. The design reduces air, performance and deflection losses under axial flow conditions.
Product specificationFree-running impeller with 7 backward-curved, fluted blades available in diameters 175–630 mm. Impeller made of composite material. Optional inlet nozzle in plastic. Free-blowing volume flow up to approx. 19,000 m³/h and maximum static pressure increase up to 800 Pa. GR modules available for compact integration in customer applications with horizontal or vertical air feed.
Properties & special featuresHigh volumetric flow rates, high efficiency and low acoustic power levels achieved by a three-dimensional blade geometry with diagonal outflow and reduced rotational tone. Suited for low-pressure applications and restricted mounting spaces. Complete series complies with ErP 2015, including AC technology.
