Overview
The ZAcube is a stackable fan module system with integrated Premium Optimizer designed for modular assembly of fan formations in varying shapes and sizes. Modules are self-supporting and can be stacked up to five levels. Manual mounting is facilitated by standard connecting screws and simple connection devices. Smooth surfaces and rounded edges allow easy cleaning. The design accommodates common filter dimensions and is space- and cost-efficient for planning.

Stackable fan module system with built-in Premium Optimizer to improve outlet flow pattern and reduce acoustic emissions. Modules house free-running ZAbluefin series wheels for high system efficiency or Cpro wheels for maximum performance in impeller sizes 315 to 560 mm. Impellers are made of ZAmid high-performance composite. Volume flow (free blowing) up to approximately 17,500 m³/h; maximum static pressure increase up to 2,100 Pa. Modules are designed for easy handling and for creating horizontal air-feed configurations in RLT equipment or for retrofitting older units.

Properties & special features
The integrated Premium Optimizer improves the flow pattern at the module outlet, increasing ventilation performance and reducing noise. It delivers a homogeneous flow to downstream components, enabling reduced distances between fan and downstream parts. The module design allows fast, tool-minimal assembly of fan configurations. Modules can be stacked up to five levels and operated in parallel. Smooth surfaces and absence of sharp edges, together with a click system on the Premium Optimizer, provide easy accessibility for cleaning to meet strict hygienic requirements. Standardised connecting screws are supplied with each ZAcube for simple connection. The surrounding flange level enables sealing between modules for leak-free operation. Space-optimised design eases transport and handling.
