OverviewThe ZAventero ventilation unit features a compact, minimal design that integrates advanced fan and motor technology with an optimized air discharge routing. Engineered for straightforward assembly and operation, the unit incorporates ECblue motor technology to enable accurate airflow control, reduced acoustic emissions and reliable thermal behaviour with protection against soiling such as grease.
Product specificationVentilation units GR with motor housing made of galvanised sheet steel. Module contains free-running C-impeller made of aluminium with 7 backwards-curved blades in sizes 315 to 450 mm built on the ECblue motor. Inlet nozzle with measuring device for air flow measurement. Volume flow rates up to approx. 11,200 m³/h free blowing, max. static pressure increase up to 1,800 Pa.
Properties & special features- Impeller with rotating, non-fluted diffusor for high efficiency levels and favourable acoustic characteristics
- ECblue motor housing and fresh-air connection allow medium temperatures up to 80°C with a single fresh-air pipe connection
- ZAventero housing protects the ECblue motor against soiling such as grease
- Same mounting points as a standard GR module; suction-side connection via module braces simplifies installation
Motor concepts- ECblue EC technology with integrated controller tailored to the fan
Applications- Industrial cooking, bakery and confectionery
