RHC - Robotic Tool Changer
Facilitates the changing of end effector tooling on robots to accommodate the assembly of many different parts on the same assembly machine. Multiple pneumatic connections and optional electrical contacts make the RHC series an excellent choice.

MOTOMAN offers a range of positioners, with up to 20 tons payload, to move the work piece into the correct position for welding, cutting, and other processes. Work piece rotation about one or two axes, and single- or multi station models. All products are fully integrated in the robot's control system NX100.

Certain tasks often require a good visualization of the operations. Rexroth proposes for that the ordering of robot and handling rho4 integrated in terminals BT155, BT155T or BT205. Rexroth thus supplements its broad range of service platforms based on PC by this compact and economic solution.
The system is appropriate in particular for the applications in which a broad visualization is necessary in addition to the function of order of robots or axes.
BT155, BT155T and BT205 are equipped with fast processors of 266 MHz and a powerful memory of 64 MB (extensible to 128 MB). The terminals with ordering of robot and integrated handling have in addition to typical interfaces PC, Ethernet connections, Profibus-DP-Slavic and of exits 8 bits/24 volts.
