LFS Series
Designed to offer outstanding performance in an economic 1/ 16 DIN package providing a comprehensive solution for a wide variety of

Universal- thermocouple or RTD input coupled with a responsive, SMART auto-tuning PID control algorithm that is equipped with special

The user interface is a dual 4 digit LED display with output and status beacons. Logic or Relay outputs are user configurable as either control,

The Honeywell Icon 300 Series measure, display and control the temperature and lighting of refrigerated cases and coldrooms. They operate with up to three 2k NTC or PT1000 probes (air-on, air-off and evaporator probes), and has up to six relay outputs (alarm, auxiliary, light, compressor, defrost and fan). The Icon 300 series has a RS485 connection to enable the controller to interface to Honeywell Genus® Network.

Available from 77,- € on, the PID 1/16 DIN temperature controller was designed also for non-experienced users: combining extreme simplicity in operation with high performance only found in expensive high end controllers. It accepts most thermocouples and Pt100 RTD, features a relay and pulse output for driving solid state relays.
The Universal Controller series accepts thermocouples J, K, T, E, N, R, S, resistance thermometer Pt100, V, mV, mA. | Fuzzy logic is an essential feature of this versatile controller. Although PID control is widely accepted by industry, it is difficult for it to work efficiently in some systems - for example: systems of second order, long lag-time systems, and systems with various set points and loads, etc. This fuzzy logic temperature controller will enhance PID control. Fuzzy logic will adjust PID values indirectly to make the manipulation output value (MV) adjust flexibly and quickly adapt to various processes. This enables a process to reach its predetermined set point in the shortest time with minimum overshoot during tuning or external disturbance. |

Libratherm offers Microprocessor based Eight loop PID Temperature Controller (Model PID-8000) for processes requiring multiple zones heating or heating plus cooling control. It is most suitable for difficult process, which results in frequent system disturbances, and applications where accurate temperature of number of heating/cooling zone is required. It also eliminates the need for number of individual PID or ON/OFF Temperature Controllers thereby saves on panel size and cost. PID-8000 can accept 8 Thermocouples or RTD (Pt-100) inputs and can provide switching PID or ON/OFF Control output in the form of DC Pulses or SSR Drivers for heating as well as cooling. Libratherm offers Microprocessor based Eight Zone PID Temperature indicator / Controller (Model PRC-8000)where accurate temperature control of multiple zone during Gradual Heating and Cooling is required. Each zone can be independently programmed for 16 steps of Ramp/Soak profile. Each loop parameters like PID, Hysteresis, Deviation Hold, Facility to skip unused channel etc can be programmed from the user-friendly front panel membrane keyboard.
PRC 8000 accepts 8 Thermocouples or RTD(Pt-100)3 wire inputs and can provide switching PID or ON/OFF Control output in the form of DC Pulses or SSR or relay to drive external load contactors. It can simultaneously provide 8 analog PID control outputs in the form of (4-20)mA or (0-5)volt, which can be used to control heater power through Thyristor power pack.
PRC-8000 is ideally suited for on line pre and post welding heat treatment cycle. Where the large size jobs are heated by local heating pads. Temperatures are sensed using 6 to 8 K type thermocouples fitted at different points. AES CHEMUNEX presents version 3.7 of system LABGUARD 2. Already adopted by many laboratories in France and abroad, LABGUARD 2 is an acquisition unit and of monitoring of the temperatures (and other parameters like: relative humidity, differential pressure, CO2, O2, contacts dry...). The transmission of the data in real time by radio of the emitters towards the receiver and the computer avoids any wiring and allows a very simple and fast installation as well as a very great flexibility.
The software, conforms CFR21 leaves 11, presents a total traceability: the data base is made safe and the software delivered with file of validation (service IQ, OQ available). The new version of the software integrates the function "back up": the data are recorded in each module and can thus be recovered in the event of stop or of computer breakdown. The data security is maximum. The emitters can be supplied with battery cell and/or sector.
