Patented Autophase technology actually corrects common wiring errors. Analog and network models available. Click on the appropriate series to see details below...
...or select data sheets in PDF format from this list.
The AutoPhase Advantage
AutoPhase makes power transducer installation simple.
There are over 40 ways to wire up a 3 phase, 4 wire kW transducer. For example, reversing the orientation of a CT flips the output waveform, tricking ordinary watt transducers into thinking there is a 180 degree phase shift. Or if CT and voltage inputs are mismatched, the transducer thinks there is a 120 degree phase shift. Either way, you have a problem.
AutoPhase identifies the phases and polarity automatically and corrects for the error in software. This eliminates flashing "ERROR" lights, tedious and dangerous reconnecting of inputs. AutoPhase even tells you which CTs are reversed and which phases are mismatched!

The 4530 series RF Peak Power Meter can make Peak, CW Power and RF Voltage measurements at high speed from 10 Hz to 40 GHz.
• Frequency Range: 10 Hz to 40 GHz
• Dynamic Range: Peak Power >60 dB CW Power -90 dB
• Synchronous/Asynchronous Triggering
• Dual-channel statistical measurements (CDF/PDF)
• Modulation bandwidth to 20 MHz
• GPIB - SCPI / RS232 commands
|
|
|
This HighDynamic-Range power meter is temperature stabilized, resulting in highly accurate and stable measurements. And, unlike other power meters that slow considerably when switching sensitivity ranges, it incorporates a patent-pending logarithmic conversion circuit that achieves essentially seamless range switching, resulting in a useful dynamic range of >65 dB even at full speeds-about 20-dB better than conventional power meters. We've even provided three user-controllable speed settings so you can further extend the dynamic range if you don't need the speed. The convenient bolt-together modular design and daisy-chained power connections makes it easy to connect multiple units for multi-channel rack-mounted or bench-top systems. The wavelength range for the Model 2101 is 320-1060 nm.

A new approach to measuring, recording, troubleshooting and analysing the power quality, this is what the new 800 series made by HT ITALIA is. PQA823 and PQA824, completely designed under Windows CE, permit an easy, wide and fast analysis of a huge quantity of data. Thanks to the graphic TFT touch screen colour display, the very user-friendly icon menu, the typical Windows tree structure and the help on line available for each function, PQAs meet the requests of the most exigent electrical verifier and simplify the user to set the instrument and read the measured data. PQAs are very easy to set, just a click to load your favourite settings.
PQAs display and record all the parameters at the same time, the user could surf the windows of parameters without affecting the recording in progress. Data are displayed in numeric and graphic modes (waveforms, histograms, vector diagrams) both.
PQAs could store voltages, currents and related harmonics, powers (active, reactive, apparent) and power factors, voltage anomalies (sag and swell), flicker, unbalance, start-up currents of the motors and (PQA824 only) the fast voltage transients. The EN50160 analysis routine provides the results by just a click. No hard settings to do, everything within a click.
To troubleshoot the installation under test and do a power quality analysis according to the EN50160, recording all the parameters at the same time is mandatory. 800 series simply does it.
Wide internal memory, USB connection to the PC, USB memory sticks socket, 4 flexible current clamps, 5 voltage probes, a rechargeable Li-Ion battery, an external AC adaptor/battery recharger, are some extra features of PQA823 and PQA824.

Not only the reliability of supply, but also the quality of electrical power is of prime importance for the smooth operation of hightechnology plants in the areas of industry, medicine and electronic data processing.
For this reason power quality is increasingly being brought into play as one of a number of key price criteria. In recent times this trend has gained considerably in importance due to the liberalisation of international electricity markets.
It is therefore imperative for both energy providers and end users to monitor and log power quality constantly.
The need to record a very large number of electrical parameters exactly, simultaneously and continuously over what are sometimes very long time periods calls for an extremely sophisticated measurement technology solution.
At the same time a power quality measuring system must provide convenient, automated tools to support the user in assessing the measured parameters in relation to a wide variety of national standards.
