The MAE-96 units measure the main electrical quantities of a three-phase circuit. Data can be viewed locally on the LCD display or remotely via Modbus communication. The combination of Rogowski coils with the MAE-96V unit facilitates integration into high-power switchboards.
- Electrical: The MAE-96x unit measures single-phase, three-phase networks with or without neutral.
Auxiliary power supply 85-270V AC.
Depending on the model, the measurement unit can be associated with Rogowski coils (mV signal) or current transformers with 1A or 5A secondary.
Accuracy: 0.5% for active energy and 0.2% for instantaneous measurements.
- Communication: 2 fully programmable pulse emitters and RS485 Modbus port.
- Physical: The MAE-96 measurement unit is flush-mounted on a cabinet door or electrical panel, in a 92×92 mm cutout. Case dimensions: 96×96 mm, depth 70.7 mm.

- Measured data: The measurement unit measures and displays the following electrical data:
– Instantaneous measurements: phase-to-neutral and phase-to-phase voltages, frequency, current per phase and neutral, PQS powers, fundamental powers V/A/P/Q/S, power factor per phase and total.
– Energies: active, reactive, apparent, imported and exported, per phase and total.
– Network quality: voltage and current total harmonic distortion, individual harmonics up to the 31st order.
– Recordings: demands, extreme values.
- Integration: The MAE-96V measurement unit allows connection of Rogowski current sensors (MSC-TCR models), offering the following advantages:
– Opening and flexible, Rogowski coils are ideal for integration in tight spaces or for retrofitting in existing cabinets.
– Excellent and linear accuracy across the entire range.
– Increased safety: no heating or overload possible.
– Easier maintenance: possibility to disconnect the secondary under full load.
- Usage: Measurement visualization locally on a large LCD screen with 4 data lines and bar graphs, or remotely via Modbus RTU communication.
- Applications: Suitable for wind or photovoltaic applications thanks to separate indexes for imported (consumed) and exported (produced) energy.
