Powerful solutions for today's needs
Circuit breakers that trip, transformers that overheat, motors that burn out, machines that don't function properly; whatever the problem, you can quickly and easily identify the cause with the Fluke 43B Power Quality Analyzer.
As a Power Quality Analyzer it is optimized for industrial measurements on the 50 Hz fundamental frequency. Because its frequency range extends from 10 to 400 Hz, it's also ideal for aviation, marine and railway applications.
Besides the unique extended frequency range, the Fluke 43B is the only instrument that combines the capabilities of a Power Quality Analyzer, a 20 MHz oscilloscope, a multimeter and data recorder in a single tool.

A new approach to measuring, recording, troubleshooting and analysing the power quality, this is what the new 800 series made by HT ITALIA is. PQA823 and PQA824, completely designed under Windows CE, permit an easy, wide and fast analysis of a huge quantity of data. Thanks to the graphic TFT touch screen colour display, the very user-friendly icon menu, the typical Windows tree structure and the help on line available for each function, PQAs meet the requests of the most exigent electrical verifier and simplify the user to set the instrument and read the measured data. PQAs are very easy to set, just a click to load your favourite settings.
PQAs display and record all the parameters at the same time, the user could surf the windows of parameters without affecting the recording in progress. Data are displayed in numeric and graphic modes (waveforms, histograms, vector diagrams) both.
PQAs could store voltages, currents and related harmonics, powers (active, reactive, apparent) and power factors, voltage anomalies (sag and swell), flicker, unbalance, start-up currents of the motors and (PQA824 only) the fast voltage transients. The EN50160 analysis routine provides the results by just a click. No hard settings to do, everything within a click.
To troubleshoot the installation under test and do a power quality analysis according to the EN50160, recording all the parameters at the same time is mandatory. 800 series simply does it.
Wide internal memory, USB connection to the PC, USB memory sticks socket, 4 flexible current clamps, 5 voltage probes, a rechargeable Li-Ion battery, an external AC adaptor/battery recharger, are some extra features of PQA823 and PQA824. |

Not only the reliability of supply, but also the quality of electrical power is of prime importance for the smooth operation of hightechnology plants in the areas of industry, medicine and electronic data processing.
For this reason power quality is increasingly being brought into play as one of a number of key price criteria. In recent times this trend has gained considerably in importance due to the liberalisation of international electricity markets.
It is therefore imperative for both energy providers and end users to monitor and log power quality constantly.
The need to record a very large number of electrical parameters exactly, simultaneously and continuously over what are sometimes very long time periods calls for an extremely sophisticated measurement technology solution.
At the same time a power quality measuring system must provide convenient, automated tools to support the user in assessing the measured parameters in relation to a wide variety of national standards. |

Power Q MI 2492
PowerQ is a genuine, portable 3-phase power quality analyser which favourably competes with higher priced instruments and can be easily implemented in a variety of different situations.
• PowerQ is due to its small dimensions and ease of use ideally suited for routine or complex power quality assessment in heavy duty industrial environments.
• Phase diagram, inrush currents, voltage events. |

The Model 58542 provides faster CW measurements than any other VXIbus power meter, with readings over the GPIB exceeding 150 readings per second and an exclusive Burst Mode capturing more than 5000 readings per second.
The Model 58542 also lets you measure pulsed RF signals simply by using a Giga-tronics peak power sensor, while a detector output connector from the sensor lets you display the waveform on a scope screen, and, via computer control, move the marker to make exact power measurements at any point on the waveform. |
