Fitting Gas Springs is now Easier than Ever
Arvin Motion Control (AMCL), manufacturers of Camloc Gas Springs, has introduced a new range of mounting brackets for it's industry leading gas spring range.
The new brackets are designed to suit the extensive range of Camloc end fittings, creating a wide range of easy to assemble fixing options.
This flexibility makes AMCL's Camloc products more attractive than ever, combined with our unique Vari-Lift technology, which allows design engineers to vary the gas spring pressure during prototyping.
The brackets are available in a wide range of styles, including 90 degree, flat and raised, the new brackets are drilled to accept M4 and M6 fixings - making it easier to fasten to timber and steel frameworks using screws or dowels. They are designed to accept DIN / ISO standard fixings.
Manufactured in carbon steel with a zinc and yellow passivate coating, the components have passed a minimum of 72 hours salt spray testing under ASTM B117.
The brackets are designed for ease of assembly with ball pins for ball cups and ISO thread for threaded pins for lock nuts and split pins. The brackets combine compact design with strength - offering an extensive force range capability.

A simple method to fix screws safely and fast in the ground e. g. when using our through-bore machine shoes UMS-DSF. No concreting, high security by high jarring resistance, also with strong vibrations.
The anchoring by reaction resin is free of expanding pressure and enables small axis and rim distances so that your floor is spared from larger break-ups. High admissible loads in the concrete pressure zone and the easy mounting make the adhesive anchor RM to the practical compound anchoring in concrete grounds.

UNISORB® Heavy Duty JAKEBOLTS®
Constructed entirely of steel, the Heavy Duty JAKEBOLTS® are tough, durable, and MIG welded watertight to prevent contamination of internal components during installation. Each JAKEBOLT® comes supplied with a centralizing bushing which doubles as a seal and protects against contamination during grouting.
JAKEBOLTS® are manufactured with retractable studs to allow a clear floor condition at any time. Anchor studs can be adjusted to project above the floor from 0 to 6" or 0 to 12", depending on the bolt specified for the installation. The entire internal anchor assembly can be adjusted laterally as well as vertically to compensate for normal construction variances in both hole location and machine foot thickness.
The Heavy Duty JAKEBOLT® incorporates 90,000 psi tensile strength steel in the bolts. The all steel anchor assembly is designed for service under the most severe conditions.
