Streamtek's compressed air operated Air Conveyor connects to standard tube, hose or pipe to create a powerful in-line conveyor. There are 6 sizes available in both aluminum and stainless steel to fit standard hose diameter for easy clamping. Threaded versions connect easily to regular pipe thread: 1" (25mm), 1-1/4" (32mm), 1-1/2" (38mm), 2" (51mm), 2-1/2" (64mm), and 3" (76mm). Special sizes can be manufactured if required.

VARIJECTOR® Jet Pumps, Blowers and Injectors
Varijector® jet pumps are ejectors driven by an interior ring nozzle, with free unblocked passage between the vacuum inlet and the blowing air outlet of the ejector pump. The pumps are driven by compressed air or other gases (e.g. Nitrogen). The compressed air is blown through a ring gab an directed diagonally inward in vacuum-flow direction. High turbulences of the blowing air catch surrounding air, both are blown into a internal diffuser nozzle.
Varijectors are available with inner diameters from Ø 5 to 50 mm and reach a maximum vacuum from -10 to -70 kPa.
They are generally suitable for injecting bulk materials and gases, for low positive pressure blow conveying, for mixing gases, for the textile fabric handling (threads), for wire and tubing drying process and for producing high volumes of blowing air, as they multiply the used compressed medium (e.g. for blowing of sheets, papers, cooling and process technique).
The ring-nozzle inside Varijector jet pumps is freely adjustable. So vacuum, air consumption and mixing ratio can be adjusted in a wide range freely.
VOLKMANN Varijectors are available in different materials e.g. in aluminium, stainless steel, high temperature steel, PE, PP.
Individual designs with special diameters and materials can be manufactured upon request.

RD F range
The RD F range can be used for conveying of light and non-abrasive bulk.
The blower parts are made of aluminium cast, the impellers are made of welded sheet steel. The solid construction of the practically maintenance
free medium pressure blowers is the basis for a long lasting service life and low operation cost. Inspection and cleaning may only be carried out at these blowers by unscrewing the housing cover plate. All drive motors are made to IP 54 enclosure, class F thermal insulation and comply with EN 60034-1 (VDE 530 Part 1). The motor power is oversized in order to have sufficient reserve for the conveying.

GF PRIMUS metal separation systems remove magnetic and non-magnetic metal particles (steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc) from pneumatically conveyed bulk materials such as granulates and reground material. Metal contaminants (and inclusions) are removed by means of a reject flap (‘Quick Flap System’) without any interruption to the material flow, even at high flow rates.. Contaminated material is rejected into a container. The reject container is emptied automatically. The GF PRIMUS metal separation system is primarily used in industries where hygiene standards are less important. It is used for inspecting dry bulk materials.

GF 4000
Metal separator for airborne feed systems for bulk materials.
GF 4000 metal separation systems remove magnetic and non-magnetic metal impurities (steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc) from pneumatically conveyed bulk materials such as granulate, powder and flour. The Quik-Vent vacuum / pressure relief valve is an excellent safety device for mounting on storage silos, bins or any other container to relieve excessive or unwanted air pressure that might be generated by a pneumatic conveying system or other process equipment.
Unsafe conditions are easily controlled by the Quik-Vent vacuum/pressure relief valve. Generous ports quickly exhaust air or gases to protect against sudden positive or negative pressure conditions.
Optional sensors are also available to provide an electrical signal to indicate when over or under pressure conditions are present.
