OHW/OHR offshore hydraulic winches
A range of ultra compact lifting and pulling hydraulically driven winches specially designed for offshore applications or in any other hazardous environment where space is limited. The heavy duty planetary gearbox and brake are mounted within the drum core, which both saves space and protects from any external damage. Winches designed to meet independent third party requirements like; Lloyds, ABS, DNV, etc. These standard winches can be fi tted with several options and accessories. Further the winches are man riding prepared, adding some options and reducing the W.L.L. means that the winch can be used for man riding applications too. Winches are standard supplied without control valve however with single acting shuttle valve.

RAPTOR - BWT: Maximum line pull from 2.500 to 30.000 kg
This series of light, compact hydraulic winches sold by Brevini Winches is a huge success with tow truck manufacturers. The versions ranging from 2.500 to 6.000 kg all have as a standard feature the integrated negative lamellar brake (we were the first in the world to introduce this solution) and a manual declutch system (hydraulic or pneumatic are also available on request). A hydraulic motor-driven unit with variable displacement can also be installed on larger versions.
The power generated by the hydraulic motor-driven unit is transferred to the drum by way of planetary gear units incorporated in the drum and a mobile crown to facilitate the declutch process.
A range of accessories such as rope guides and pressure rollers are available on request.
The new version, lighter and more compact, with a maximum line pull from 2.500 to 4.600 kg and greater rope capacity, is launched on the market in 2004.

Orbital motors of BZM series have a very good load capacity as axial as radial, and a high ratio torque-weight in output shaft, with high performance at low speed. Also they have reduced dimensions, allowing use it in applications with less space than normal, like in Hydraulic winches.

CH Series
The CH series is used for hydraulic winch motors for truck cranes and crawler cranes, and also for hydraulic winch motors for sub-winches for forestry.

Self-propelled industrial cranes are adaptable, flexible, quiet and sufficiently compact to pass through most factory corridors, but sturdy enough to be used in grueling sectors such as mining, quarrying, steel processing and aircraft assembly.
On these machines, Brevini Winches hydraulic winches offer high performance and compact dimensions. All winches have hydraulic motor-driven units with a fixed cylinder axial piston motor and a balancing valve unit for controlling the load when descending and a selector valve for opening the integrated motor brake. As a result, the rope can be easily and quickly wound clockwise or counterclockwise simply by rotating the load control valve. Installation is simplified by the exclusive design of the lateral supports in the square frame versions.

The e.lift® hoist is available in 500 Kg, 800 kg and 1000kg versions. This hoist is used for personnel lifting combined with a suspended scaffolding, a cradle or an individual seat. Available in EN 1808 version and in version outside UE.

Travel to the work place with the tirak® at speeds up to 18 m/min which is a significant benefit the higher up you have to go.
No matter what height, the tirak® hoist will take you there safely and speedily.
For man riding application an independent secondary safety rope is required. A Blocstop® fall arrest device is connected to the safety rope and working platform and locks onto the safety rope in the unlikely event of failure of the hoisting rope.
The principle:
The tirak® operates on the principle of wire rope travel by clamping, using adhesive pulleys. The originality of the system is in the operation and arrangement of the pulleys. The units of the X and L-series have only a single driver disc. The grip of the wire rope on the pulleys is obtained by a set of rollers, operated by a pressure spring. There are two rollers used for the X-series and only one roller for the lightweight L-version.

MR 30 FL manriding winches
Designed to the standards issued by the classifi cation societies and meets UK HSE regulations for personnel lifting operations on offshore installations. The winches are dedicated personnel lifting winches offered with Lloyds Register of Shipping (LRS) Design Appraisal Certifi cate and full material traceability. They have passed the EC testing for these applications, i.e., both the winches and their technical files are in compliance with the requirements of the EC Machinery Directives.
The MR 30 FL have been specially designed for personnel lifting applications in which a safety harness or a boatswain´s chair is used on fi xed installations with a total W.L.L. of 150 kgs. The MR 50 FL and MR 60 FL have been designed for use with assemblies using a platform, basket, carrier, etc. with a total W.L.L. of 500 kg for the MR 50 FL and 1000 kg for the MR 60 FL.

Further two of the winches are man riding prepared, adding some options and reducing the W.L.L. means that the winch can be used for man riding applications too. For Pod Line and Guide Line operations two standard winches are available with tall fl anges and longer drums to accommodate cables up to 2000 meters.

Specifically designed by Brevini Winches to satisfy the needs of companies that manufacture drilling machinery, earth-moving equipment, and stationary or truck cranes, these new series of winches have been designed in conformity with FEM standard. The main characteristics of these winches are: high performance and reduced dimensions, thanks to the gearbox installed inside the drum.
BW: Maximum line pull from 1.000 to 7.000 kg
This series of hydraulic hoisting winches stands out for its excellent performance and compact size made possible by the special design in which all mechanical and hydraulic parts are inside the winch drum. The winches in this series all have hydraulic motor-driven units with a fixed displacement axial piston motor type and an integrated balancing valve unit for controlling the load while it is descending, as well as a selector valve for opening the integrated motor brake. As a result, the rope can be easily and quickly wound clockwise or counterclockwise, simply by rotating the load control valve. The generously proportioned negative lamellar brake was designed to withstand very high braking torques.

Wormgear winches VL250-1500kg
The GEBUWINch range of hand-driven worm geared winches are robustly built and meet the construction and safety standards in accordance with DIN 15020. The worm geared winches are available in different hoisting capacities. These are between 250 kg and 1500 kg calculated on the first cable layer on the cable drum. The worm geared winches are equipped with a load pressure brake. This brake holds the load at any required height during hoisting and lowering. The cranks can be adjusted in length and are recoil-free. All rotating parts run in maintenance-free bearings.
The winches are available in combined grey/black enamel paint (GR) or provided with zinc-plated surface treatment (EV), which means that rust protection is further improved.
The cable drum can be provided with a cable groove (GD) for better cable routing and storage.
By dividing the cable drum into a number of cable compartments, the use of 2 cables (D or 2D) as standard is possible on all worm geared winches. Upon request, a number of cables is possible.
