The SV-2 Solenoid Valve is designed for use in high purity semiconductor applications, and is also ideally suited for ultra-pure water and aggressive chemicals. The design utilizes a molded high purity PFA body with precision machined areas. A one-piece machined modified PTFE diaphragm is also utilized for excellent flexibility and long life. The valve is offered in 2 and 3 way configurations, in 3 orifice sizes, and in 2 standard voltages.
Materials of Construction
Wetted: PFA, Modified PTFE
Non-wetted: Coated Aluminum, Plated Steel, SS, PFA, PVDF, Titanate

The SC suction solenoid for commercial applications is an alternative low pressure drop shut-off valve in a wide range of both port and connection sizes. With cartridge (port) sizes available from 3/8" through 2-5/8", SC solenoids are capable of handling greater flow rates than other commercially available valves for suction applications in a non-flanged design. In addition, this unique design incorporates the same concept of cartridge interchangeability as found in Parker's popular (S)PORT evaporator pressure regulators.
This innovative design actually utilizes the same capacity cartridges (and valve bodies) as those used with the (S)PORT regulator series, as well as the same solenoid actuator, solenoid coil, and splicebox coil housing. Capacity cartridges can be changed by simply unscrewing the valve's four bonnet bolts in order to remove the adapter and cartridge assemblies. With this flexible line of solenoid now supplementing the existing line of (S)PORT regulators having these same characteristics, a single reliable source for all suction line components is now available.
This ductile iron-bodied solenoid valve with brazed copper couplings is suitable for most common refrigerants, certain oils and other fluids approved for use in refrigeration. This valve may be opened by means of a manual opening stem for servicing or in case of electrical power failure.

Solenoid Valves for refrigeration applications, standard types for fluorinated refrigerants and ammonia (R 717) as well as solenoid valves for water and brine.
The category also contains Solenoid Valves in stainless steel, Gas Powered Valves and Pulse Solenoid Valves.

APPLICATION:
To control the flow of STEAM. Steam must be free of sediment. Valve operates from zero to maximum differential pressure indicated in table. Valve must be mounted in horizontal pipe with solenoid enclosure vertical and on top.
OPERATION:
Valve opens when energized and closes when de-energized. When the coil is energized the pilot valve opens, relieving the pressure above the piston, which is then lifted from its seat by the plunger. Upon de-energizing the coil, a spring closes the pilot valve and opens a bleed passageway to permit pressure to build above the piston and seat it.

Featuring separating diaphragm to isolate actuator from the fluid. Various materials available (bodies in PA, PP, PTFE; diaphragms in FPM, EPDM). Orifice diameters range from 4 to 11 mm.

Total isolation solenoid valves (DRY) combine the traditional characteristics of strength and reliability with construction solutions that make them particularly suitable for the control of aggressive and/or non-contaminable fluids.
The fluid is in contact only with the valve body and the isolation lever or diaphragm; in this way the fluid is protected from any chemical contamination and/or thermic shock
Produced in 2/2 or 3/2 normally closed, open or universal service versions plus miniaturised, silent versions and with a latching actuator.
The numerous versions available, the variety of materials employed and the possibility of studying special solutions make this range of solenoid valves particularly versatile, suitable for applications in the food, a biotechnology, chemical/pharmaceutical and physiological/medical sectors.
