KOFLOC PV 2900, 2910, 2920, 2930, 2940
The KOFLOC Small Proportional Solenoid Valve MODEL 2900 SERIES (U.S. P.A.F.) allows high-precision control of minute amount of fluids. It also has the lowest hysteresis in the industry, within 15% of full-scale current, making it ideal for automatic gas flow control in analyzers such as gas chromatographs, biomedical and other industrial applications. The annealed magnetic materials together with the specially designed flat spring (P.A.F.) completely eliminate flow fluctuations caused by vibrations due to wobbling plunger core or its frictions. The magnetic yoke of MODEL 2900 SERIES is annealed after machining, not bending, for improved magnetic flux permeability, resulting in greater magnetic force.
FEATURES
- Lowest hysteresis in the industry
- Low power consumption
- Special flat spring (P.A.F.)
- Superior resolution
- PWC (Pulse Width Coding) control possible
APPLICATIONS
- Analytical equipment

The proportional pressure relief valve size 06 consists of a mechanical pressure relief valve and a proportional pilot valve. System and consumer printings can be stopped proportionally to the magnet stream. If the pressure resting against port P exceeds the momentary setting (magnet stream), the valve opens and lets the medium after connection T flow. If the pressure drops again, the valve with small hysteresis closes.
In order to make an optimal dissolution possible, numerous rule pressure ranges are available. The valve has a fast, precise and oscillation-stable Ansprech and automatic controller action. It is relatively insensitive in relation to oil pollutions. All function-relevant parts are hardened and polished.

Solenoid valve with BRASS body.
2/2 normally closed.
Direct actioning.
Seals: Viton (FKM).
Port size 1/4".
Fluid temperature up to 140°C.
The proportional range is studied to have flow regulation with a good linearity for gas and liquids. |
|
| The proportional flow control valve of the series EPSR regulates a flow rate steplessly dependant on electrical heading for Rome. The adjusted flow rate remains constant also with changing pressure ratios (e.g. load printing). By the sharp edged training of the current screen changes of viscosity of the oil almost remain without influence on the flow rate regulation. All important parts consist of hardened and polished, partially hone precision steel, from which an extreme abrasion resistance results. |

Together with the licenser DLR, a valve has been developed, as it has never been offered on the valve market before. The RRV® Rapid Reaction Valve.
According to the German Aerospace Centre (DLR) in Cologne the RRV® Rapid Reaction Valve was developed as a control jet for orbiting satellites. It was a highly reliable valve that delivered the smallest amounts of pressurised gas and thereby controlling the satellites movements.
The valve was further advanced during trials in a high-vacuum chamber, where defined gas pulses were released into the chamber.
Today, the RRV® Rapid Reaction Valve is a solenoid ball valve with a special function. The difference between the RRV® Rapid Reaction Valve and other ball valves is that a magnetisable ball moves laterally from the seat of the valve using a magnetic field.
The closing process takes place solely due to the stream of the medium. An additional feature and advantage of the RRV® Rapid Reaction Valve is that the response times are realisable wihin milliseconds.
Furthermore, media of high viscosity such as glues, oils and adhesives can be delivered.
Application areas are e.g.: dosing technology, dosing of adhesives, lubrication technology, deformation technology, automobile industry, filling industry, dye and varnish industry, pharmacy, food industry and biotechnology.
Due to the fact that the valve is very small it is pre-eminently suitable for robotics applications. |
|
| With the FLUID TEAM block system "LRF" of the nominal sizes NG 6 and 10 can be developed very individual longitudinal linkages. Various modules with continuously (parallel and serial) load pressure reversal ("load Sensing") are available. |

SIRAI® micro solenoid valves constitute a specific response to the growing demand for small size low power control components, created by the constantly increasing integration of electronics and industry. A natural development of general purpose solenoid valves, micro solenoid valves can control a variety of non-aggressive liquid and gaseous fluids.
In addition to maintaining an excellent balance between miniaturisation and reliability, the construction solutions adopted provide the possibility of disassembly for cleaning and maintenance.
Produced in 2/2 or 3/2 normally closed, open or universal service versions plus proportional control and latching versions.
The enormous range of models makes these valves suitable for several applications; the solenoid valves can be produced according to customized drawings and with materials and performances different from the standard models in the catalogue to meet specific or particularly complex requirements.
