3 axial precision cut-off grinding machine
For materials which are delicate and difficult to machine, such as glass, ceramic and composite materials, but also plastics, steel and non-ferrous metals.
The cutting procedure takes place in several steps governed by defined motions in the Z axis in combination with continuous X stroke (cut-off stroke). Severals consecutive cuts can be made (Y axis).
Very hard material textures can be cut to quality standards, thanks to adjustable machining parameters such as cutting disk speed, X feed velocity, Z motion, selective dry or wet cutting etc.

Automated and Accurate
The DCM boasts a fully automatic load and unload mechanism that can handle up to a half ton of corrugated material. A robust vacuum system with field-proven components feeds sheets from the intake pile as it simultaneously removes finished sheets from the cutting platform. The sheet is precisely loaded into position onto the cutting platform in registration.
DCM Cutting and Plotting Table is all-round
The DCM accommodates an entire family of quick-change creasing, cutting, crushing, and special purpose knife tool inserts. The MM1 is a computer-controlled machine that automates the cutting of profiles, holes, nozzles and shapes on pipe with diameters from 4" to 16" (100-400 cm). It rotates the pipe on it’s roller bed with a three jaw chuck while simultaneously moving a cutting torch back and forth along the pipe’s axis.

V806M Beam coping system
For a more efficient production, the traditional production lines for drilling and sawing can be extended with the Voortman robotic beam coping system. The previous model of the V806M was fitted with an oxygen-cutting torch. Partly due to its practical experience, in the latest development of the V806M, Voortman can integrate into the system a plasma-cutting unit.
The V806M beam coping system, with an integrated roller feed measuring system and a six axis industrial robot, has been developed to eliminate manual layouts, automating all coping, flange weld preparation, mechanical cut-outs, castellations, haunches, beam splitting, cut-off processes such as straight mitre cuts and compound mitre cuts required on structural steel sections.

Rotary Flying Shear Cut to Length Line
