CNC Turret Punching Machine
For higher volume production, many sheet metal processes can be carried out on a CNC machine for lower cost and higher repeatability.
With CNC turret punching, the material is automatically fed into the CNC turret punching machine and positioned very accurately under the punch. The CNC turret punch can be loaded with an array of different tools which are changed automatically by the tool changer. The CNC turret punching machine is programmed to very quickly perform all the punching operations on the work piece including creating cut outs, holes, slots, ventilation grilles and louvers.

MULTIPUNCH
High precision punching, nibbling and forming in one economical, yet heavy duty machine with a high speed automatic tool changer, Boschert rounds out its range of CNC punching machine with the new MULTIPUNCH 1250 x 2000.
Many customers have approached Boschert requesting complete processing of sheets without human intervention. The solution is the introduction of the Automatic Tool Changer consisting of 8 stations using the proven Trumpf tooling system. With the ATC is standard, stepless rotation of all tools including Revotool, Boschert's multi-tool solution. These features provide up to 64 fully indexable tool sets, more than enough for most applications. In addition, it possible to pre-adjust tooling for differing sheet thicknesses, thus eliminating set-up time for recurring jobs. Boschert has built on its extensive experience with over 3,000 punching machines installed around the world. With the addition of the new Automatic Tool Changer machine, the Multipunch, Boschert's offerings provide sheet metal work solutions to the most important requirements: Precise punching, nibbling and forming on one machine.
The maximum sheet size is 1250mm x 2500mm (4' x 8') with maximum sheet thickness of 4mm in stainless steel, 6mm in mild steel or 8mm in aluminium. Due the flexible clamping system, sheets of any size within the capacity of the machine can be clamped and processed quickly and easily. Automatic, precise sheet repositioning, guaranteed by two hold down arms, allows the working of the complete sheet, eliminating waste around the clamps.

X5 – Solid Punching Technology by FINN-POWER
FINN-POWER X series machines are the affordable way to have a real FINN-POWER.
The background of FINN-POWER's new X5 turret punch press is pioneering experience in hydraulic punching since 1983. Featuring modern industrial design, it continues our modular engineering tradition, where the basic package is already full of features and some options can be equipped now or later through retrofits.
Reliable and productive punching capacity
The X5 is compact and easy to install. Its rigid ”O” frame ensures optimum tool alignment when nibbling or punching with high force.
The hydraulic punch stroke is digitally controlled. It allows different punch modes, stepless punch speed and position programming.Working area is 1,250 mm x 2,500 mm without repositioning.
The turret has a total of 20 tool stations. Seventeen (17) tool holders have been specified, and three (3) are free for customer selection. Index or Multi-Tools® can be chosen. The turret has 29 tools as standard, and the number can be expanded by adding Multi-Tool® stations.
Nibbling speeds up to 600 hpm are available; index rotation speed is 133 rpm max. Maximum sheet thickness is 8 mm and sheet weight 200 kg. Two sheet clamps with central locking are standard.
The machine tables are equipped with brush top. Sheet loading is easy due to two optimally placed gauge pins and a moving table which can be locked to five different positions.
The precision of the X5 meets FINN-POWER's stringent LKP 7100 factory standard.
These features make the FINN-POWER X5 a safe and highly productive machine tool for flexible sheet metal working.
