CFV 1300
MAG Cincinnati's new generation of CFV (Cast Frame Vertical) machining centers enable you to produce more parts, more accurately and more profitably. Constructed for rigidity, power and efficiency, the CFV platform delivers smoother finishes, shorter programming and set-up times and new possibilities to increase your bottom line.
The CFV 1300 is the largest machine in the CFV family, making it ideal for the machining of long parts to take advantage of its 1370 mm long worktable. It is also great for multiple setups to increase profitability.

The entry level machine (XR 1500) has a 10,000rpm, 30kW (40.2hp) 40 taper SKF belt-driven spindle. Faster spindle speeds are available on the more advanced (XR 1500 HP) model which provides users with 15,000rpm from its 30kW (40.2hp) 40 taper SKF directly-driven spindle. And the last model in the range is the XR 1500 HPD - a real powerhouse of a machine - that comes with a ZF two-speed gearbox and achieves 7,500rpm and 764Nm torque (557ft-lb)from its 30kW (40.2hp) 50 taper SKF belt-driven spindle. All spindles are specified with face and taper capability.

The "P" Series two and three axis VLTs are heavy duty general purpose tools for machining metallic chips to an extent up to 472 Inches in diameter Auxiliary units for milling and drilling are also available. To better meet all sorts of usages, the makes in the "P" series are available in two different makes:

_ "Heavy Duty"
Lower gear transmission. Two speed gear box tooted gear positive transmission.

VMC 4525, VMC 6030 and VMC 8030 are designed for machining large parts. With these machines, large parts can be easily loaded on the table from the front or side doors.
The MAG Fadal VMC 4525, with XYZ travels of 45"(1,143mm) x25"(635 mm) x24"(609.6mm) and 53.5" (1,359mm) x 25" (635mm) table, is a robust machine with heavy cast iron construction. Included is a high torque spindle, that reduces cycle time for heavy cutting operations including steel.
The MAG Fadal VMC 6030 provides additional work space for large parts.|
The cutting envelope of this machine is 60" (1,524mm) x 30" (762mm) x 30" (762mm) for axes X, Y and Z and easily allows larger 4 and 5 axes rotary tables to function within the spacious machining cube. Deep molds are a popular application for this machine and if needed, extended Z options are available.
The VMC 8030 VMC is suitable for large and long part producers. Machinists can rough-out material fast then execute final passes for smooth and accurate finish parts.
The work envelope is 80"(2,032 mm) x 30" (762mm) x 30" (762mm) in X, Y and Z axes. Optional extended Z travels are available should your applications demand.

KX The Classic HURON
As far back as 1993, Huron presents a very innovating concept of high speed multiaxes machines. KX milling centres have been launched in 1998, portal type and mobile table with 3 axes.

The machining system M8 XL-1500 is specially designed for the precise machining of large-format workpieces. The useable traverse path is 1,020 mm x 1,500 mm with a floor space of 1,850 mm x 2,400 x 1,950 mm. The solid vibration-damped construction with precision linear guides is the basis for high production quality, even whilst machining at high speed. The large swing doors at the front and rear side of the machine enable easy loading of the machine.

The basis is a a sturdy aluminum steel frame with linear units. The clearance free ball screws used in the linear axes ensure high precision, accuracy and smooth running.
