Multi-chamber balers
ORWAK 5070, 5070-HDC and 9020 are top-loaded multi-chamber balers for sorting and baling at source. Two chambers is the standard solution, but the system can be extended with more chambers when required.
ORWAK 5070 is a multi-chamber baler for compaction of paper sacks, cardboard and soft plastic etc. Capacity: up to 50 kg cardboard/80 kg plastic.
ORWAK 5070-HDC is also suitable for tougher materials like plastic containers and metal cans. Capacity: up to 80 kg cardboard/100 kg plastic.
Orwak 9020 is a large top-loaded extendable multi-chamber baler for sorting and baling diverse material. Capacity: up to 200 kg cardboard/300 kg plastic.

The multi-chamber baler MK 1100 offers optimal requirements for separation of recycables. By a small footprint are two or more chambers side by side arranged. One moveable press head compacts the materials.

Applications
Neue Herbold GS series guillotines are used for the pre-size reduction of monofilament bales such as from fibre, bands or tapes, tacky film packages, extremely large lumps, start-up purgings or rubber bales.
Design
Neue Herbold GS series guillotines rigid all welded construction. The guillotine knife is mounted in a double sided channel and operates with two oversized hydraulic cylinders which meet the horizontal stator bar. The stator bar is fully adjustable to insure a precise and exact cut of the baled material. The cutting pressure of the guillotine knife can be adjusted to further insure a clean material cut. The material bale length cut can be controlled through a optional hydraulically operated gate.

TS80 MODEL
The 80 ton thrust of this compactor is obtained through the use of two parallel cylinders placed on saddles in order to limit bending.
This type of compactor is typically used for large quantities of industrial rubbish. It has a large. hourly translation capacity. The compaction chamber is available in two sizes. The TS80 offers 2000mm width x 2000 mm length. The TS80L, instead, offers 2000 mm width x 2700 mm length.
This type of compactor is typically used at transfer stations.

TS40C MODEL
This particularly small compactor has a 40 ton compaction force. It comes with an independent electro-hydraulic control unit which is separate from the compactors and placed on either the left or right side of the compactor. In shopping centres it is also possible to place it on top of the loading lid.
