Economical and robust, the Milroyal G pumps dose all traditional liquids used in water treatment and industrial processes including: acids, bases, chlorinated products, coagulants, and other products. Designed for ease of maintenance and start-up, the Milroyal G features a robust HPD-style hydraulically actuated diaphragm liquid end coupled to a variable eccentric drive. The absence of contour plates in this liquid end results in "straight-thru" flow ideal for handling polymers and slurries. A unique integral 3-function valve allows for purging of any entrapped gases in the hydraulic oil without disturbing the relief valve setting. Also integral to the liquid end is a site glass for visual indication of a relief condition in the hydraulic system. The smooth sinusoidal flow produced by the variable eccentric drive minimizes flow pulsations and mechanical shock to system components.

Verderlab pump heads distinguish themselves because of the highly perfected detail of construction and geometric design, achieved through an exacting engineering and design review process.
A tube bed is sized specifically for every tube dimension. This ensures that the pump head remains fixed in place inside the pump head without needing any additional clamps.
Precise manufacturing tolerances provide constantly maintained clearances between the ball bearing rotor and the tube bed, preventing back flow. Therefore higher volumetric efficiency can be achieved, which sets the standard for delivery capacity.

The new HL-Series pumps give you the same accurate, predictable flow and pressure control as our standard D-Series, while conforming to safety standards for use in UL Class I, Division 2, Groups A B C & D, T3B or Zone 2, II 3G EEx nC IIC T3 environments. Suitable for installation in locations providing adequate protection against the entry of solid foreign objects or water capable of impairing safety. The Hazardous location rating is achieved through internal design modifications including the use of brushless DC motors. This approach eliminates the need for purge boxes or other additional safety devices.
The HL controller has a keypad and LCD, as well as built-in and optional interfaces for computer control and other devices. Programming is easy and flexible, with instant access to menu screens even when the pump is running. This allows you to change operating parameters on the fly. An optional extension cable for remote operation lets you locate the pump up to 50 feet from the controller. |
