The new K-Tron Bulk Solids Pump (BSP) feeders have been specifically designed and engineered to provide gentle, precise feeding of free-flowing pellets, granules, flakes, powders and friable products.
The BSP feeders do not use the usual screws/augers, belts or vibratory trays to convey the material. The feeder utilizes positive displacement action to feed free flowing materials with astounding accuracy, offering uniform discharge, consistent volume and gentle handling.
The BSP feeders have vertical rotating discs that create a product lock-up zone, conveying the material smoothly from storage hopper to discharge outlet, achieving true linear mass flow.
Utilizing a simple design and the principle known as "lock up" (see demonstration), the material in the feeder is moved together in true positive displacement, producing excellent linearity and breakthrough accuracy levels.
With no pockets or screws and only one moving part, the compact feeder is cleaned in seconds, making it ideal for applications with frequent material changes.

The MultiFertic® injection pump are heavy duty, high precision pumps for chemicals products and additives, made up of one driving module and 1 to 4 injection modules for 25 to 500 l/h. - 7.5 to 150 GPH
In the same injector can be connected several injection modules to apportion different products (INDEPENDENT INJECTION) or to increase the injection flow. By increasing the number of modules in the same injector, a higher flow regularity is obtained, whereby in the 4 modules model an actually continuous flow is obtained.

| For corrosive and abrasive media, which have to be dosed against higher pressures than 16 bar piston pumps can be fitted with a piston-diaphragm system. The KMS system combines the advantages of leakage-free diaphragm dosing pumps and precise piston dosing pumps and thus ensures reliable dosing. |

Piston pumps are precise and – compared to diaphragm dosing pumps – almost pressure-independent metering units. The flow rate changes in proportion to the stroke length and can thus be adjusted to very small values. Fields of application are – among others – process engineering and chemical processes, i.e.: wherever the medium must be metered precisely.
The FEDOS E / DX piston dosing pumps from Lutz-Jesco are available at flow rates between 0.17 and 31.5 l/h, with or without microprocessor control. Depending on the size of the pump, maximum pressures between 30 and 200 bar are admissible.
If no control is required for constant metering, the motor is connected directly to the terminal box. In this case, FEDOS E pumps are used. To change the flow rate, either the stroke length can be adjusted mechanically, or the speed of the motor is controlled by means of a separate frequency converter.
FEDOS DX pumps are used if an integration in controls or automatic control systems is requested.
FEDOS DX pumps allow the adaption to a large number of different control systems and system monitoring equipment. The signals required for the external avtivation of the pump can be simple voltage-free closing contacts from water meters or controllers or analog 0(4)...20 mA signals.

DP-3000 Linear Positive Displacement Pump
The DP-3000 Linear Pump is a servo-controlled, volume displacement pump. It is a true positive displacement linear pump that is not affected by fluid viscosity, supply pressure, needle size or fluid/pump temperature. Isco D-series Pump Models :
Teledyne Isco Series D single-pump systems consist of a controller and pump module. The piston-driven pump module uses a single speed gear train. Nitronic 50 is the standard material for cylinders, pistons, and caps, with Hastelloy and other alloys available for even greater chemical resistance. DV-7000 Heli-flow® Servo-Controlled Auger Pump
The DV-7000 Heli-Flow® pump is a third-generation encoded auger pump. The pump has a floating head for use with footed needles to make fast, repeatable dots of solder paste and silver epoxy. The dispense gap is mechanically controlled by the needle, regardless of warpage. The DV-7000 pump is also available in a luer-lock-needle design for use with a height sensor.
For micro dispensing, the DV-7000 Heli-flow® pump with a special cartridge assembly delivers very small and accurate dots. When configured with the Axiom%u2122 X-1010 dispenser, the system delivers dot volumes as small as 3 nanoliters in volume and 0.006 in. (6 mil) in diameter and creates lines as small as 0.007 in. (7 mil). This dispensing system is ideal for the manufacture of micro-electromechanical systems (MEMs), optics, micro-opto-electromechanical systems (MOEMs), hybrid components, disk drive heads, micro potting and other electronic component assemblies.
