GPD and SPD Pneumatic Pumps provide a compact, variable speed, air powered drive for Q and RH pumps. Compressed air has proven to be an ideal power alternative when an electrical hook up is not readily available. Stroke rate is easily varied by regulating the air flow to the drive.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Stroke Adjuster is made more compact and adjustment is simplified with an internally threaded design. The positive locking device to hold stroke length is readily accessible and easy to operate.
The Pneumatic Piston and Fluid Plunger Assembly is guided at both ends on TFE composite bearings ensuring concentric movement of the plunger though the seals.
The clearance between the return spring and plunger has been optimized to eliminate any possible contact.
A true double sealing arrangement is used so that secondary seal containment is provided.
Lubrication has been simplified with the use of synthetic grease. The lubrication chamber is filled once over the life of the seals.
The bleeder is equipped with a barbed fitting for plastic tubing so that the fluid bled from the fluid chamber can be collected.
Both the discharge and suction check valves have tough TFE composite seats for long life and positive sealing.
Threaded port after the secondary seal provides for the indication, collection or containment of any seal leakage.

Maintaining the same size footprint of previous models, the sleek new pump offers a number of product enhancements to provide longer life and product convenience, while the physical design signifies supreme quality. The newly redesigned housing improves the drives heat transfer properties, as it generates heat farther away from the electronic components to maintain the long-term integrity of the PC Board. Electrical connector attachments have been repositioned to the front of the pump for easy access. With a new clear cover the face of the pump is shielded from exposure to corrosive substances yet lifts easily for convenient access, allowing operators to view dial settings for fine-tuning output. In addition, the pump and liquid end mounting geometries have been improved for enhanced connections. For more information please contact LMI Milton Roy

The Series G Metering Pump is designed for high output applications. The drive incorporates a variable eccentic design which ensures smooth output and reduces system shock. The mechanically actuated diaphragm reduces the possibility of hydraulic oil contamination of process liquid which makes this an ideal pump for water treatment applications. DC variable speed drives are available for external control and automation.
The SD & SG metering pumps offer a high level of reliability with outstanding value for applications up to 175 psi (12 Bar).

High discharge accuracy
The main components such as the plunger and cylinder are processed with high precision of micron order, so it is possible to obtain high discharge accuracy. (Discharge accuracy : }0.5%) By changing the angle of the pump head it is possible to freely adjust the discharge amount between 0 and maximum discharge.
Excellent corrosion resistance
Materials such as silicon carbide (SiC), fluorocarbon polymers (PTFE) and stainless casting (SCS14) with excellent resistance to corrosion are used for parts that come in contact with the fluid. This makes it possible to use the pumps for handling a wide range of chemicals.
Dispense into a vacuum condition and removal from a high-pressure condition
Since there are no suction and discharge valves, it is possible to directly dispense a constant amount of fluid in a vacuum (negative pressure) without using a solenoid. Constant-volume dispensing is also possible if suction side is pressurized.
Capable of handling slurries and highly viscous fluids
The unique valveless construction and the excellent resistance to wear of SiC, it is possible to handle slurries with fast precipitation speed as well as abrasive slurries. Also, the pumps are capable of smoothly pumping highly viscous fluids up to a maximum viscosity of 20,000 mPas.
Note: The discharge accuracy drops for viscous fluids with a viscosity of 500 mPas or greater. Contact this company for details.

The FEM diaphragm dosing pump has been specially developed
in order to accurately dose small quantities of liquid over a long
period of time whereby two of its most distinctive features are its
compact size and robustness (pump and electronics). The FEM
pump and electronics makes a complete dosing system which
is suitable for both simple as well as complex applications. With
the functions quasi continuous flow and batch dispensing the
FEM diaphragm pump differentiates itself from pumps based on
alternative technologies eg. piston, gear, syringe and peristaltic
pumps. Other interesting features are its high reliability, a
favourable purchasing price and low maintenance costs.
KNF has developed a specially programmed electronic control
module so that the integrated solenoid valve and the movements
of the diaphragm are exactly synchronised. This results in an
exact dosing which is gentle and low in pulsation. In addition
to these unique pump characteristics the control module also
allows a wide range of control possibilities to be used eg.
serial interfaces.
The dosing pump is self priming, maintenance free and can
be run dry

Model 88 Gemini Series
More Than Two Pumps in One
KD Scientific offers the NEW Gemini 88. This unique pump is really two
pumps in one. Each side of the Gemini 88 has its own syringe rack,
motor and leadscrew. The pump can infuse simultaneously at different
rates, or infuse with one syringe and withdraw with the other. When
combined with a valve box it provides continuous delivery.
The KDS GEMINI SERIES Syringe Pump offers continuous infusion or
withdrawal, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with the accuracy and
low flow of a KD Scientific syringe pump.
The KDS GEMINI SERIES Pump is a breakthrough in pumping technology.
The KDS Model 88 has two independent pumping channels linked
through hardware and software. When combined with a valve box, it
provides the continuous delivery of a peristaltic or piston pump with the
accuracy, absence of pulsation and low flow rates of a syringe pump.

The EK Series pumps are the world's first IP67 electronic metering pumps. This means that the EK is the only pump in the industry guaranteed to operate submerged 3 feet under water for up to 30 minutes!
Needless to say, the EK Series pumps are ideal for wet or high humidity environments such as irrigation, agriculture, car wash or paper mill applications. Capacity ratings are up to 6.7 GPH with a maximum pressure of 150 PSI.
IP67 Construction
By integrating the pump body into a one-piece design, sealing is easier and more effective. Both the drive and the controller are completely insulated from moisture or gas. Construction of the EK Series pumps make them perfect for indoor or outdoor applications where the pumps are frequently exposed to wash down.
Control Features
High speed and a 20% minimum stroke length allow the EK Series to achieve an 1800:1 turndown ratio. The digital display and pushbutton speed control make setting the EK pump easy and precise. The EK pumps come equipped with pulse input (1:1) control and also feature an external stop input that can be set to stop the pump from a normally open or normally closed contact.
