| The Universal Mag Drive is the ideal sealing technology for critical liquid containment applications within Viking’s Universal Seal product line. It is dimensionally interchangeable with Viking's Heavy Duty bracketed and Universal Seal pumps, allowing for easy upgrade from packed or mechanical seals to sealless technology. The Universal Mag Drive’s hermetic, static sealed canister provides the highest level of liquid containment available by eliminating traditional dynamic shaft seals. It also eliminates housekeeping issues and downtime due to seal failure. This product is designed to handle a broad range of applications requiring continuous duty at pressures up to 200 PSI (14 Bar). |
|
| Viking Mag Drive® sealless internal and external gear pumps eliminate leakage and maintenance associated with shaft seals. For use with all hazardous/toxic fluids, hard-to-seal liquids and for 24/7 operations which cannot afford unscheduled downtime due to seal failure. Some models allow reversible direction of flow, and temporary run-dry capability. May be close-coupled to IEC or NEMA motors, or long-coupled with optional bearing carrier. ATEX conformity available. |
|
| DPP offers an assortment of quality gear pumps used in a wide range of applications, from critical medical devices to ink jet printing; from laboratory analysis equipment to water purification systems; all superbly manufactured to the highest possible standards. Tests show that the consistency of our product performance is second to none, which makes DPP the first choice for very low pulse-less flow or low noise application requirements. |

Hypro roller pumps are the number one all-around choice by farmers throughout the world. The rollers (from 4 to 8, depending on the model) revolve inside the pump housing to force the spray solution through the outlet to the nozzle. Roller pumps have a low initial cost and are extremely versatile. They operate efficiently at PTO speeds of 540 and 1000 rpm and have a wide pressure range of up to 300 psi and flow rates of 2 to 74 gpm. Roller pumps are self priming and easily adapt to PTO or gas engine drives. Specific seal, roller and casting materials can be selected for compatibility with certain herbicides, pesticides, fungicides and fertilizers.

Pump series BT and BTH are low speed gear pumps for
transfering medium and high viscosity fluids, provided they
have certain minimum amount of lubricating property, do
not contain any solids and are chemically compatable with
the materials of construction.
The standard material of construction for housing, bearing
cover and stuffing box cover is grey cast iron. The shafts
and gears are manufactured from case hardening steel, hardened
and ground. The shafts are carried in plain bearings
manufactured in bronze, with an option of sintered iron.
The rotary shaft seal is a packed gland consisting of PTFE
fillied Aramid yarn, and the static sealing between mating
parts is by means of either, liquid sealant or gaskets. All
sealing materials are asbestos free.
External axial loads are not permissable, restricted radial
loads can be absorbed, dependant on their magnetude and
direction.
Driving by flexible shaft coupling is preferred.
In the case of fluids which require elevated temperatures to
flow i. e. bitumen, wax etc. the BTH series pump should be
used. In this model the housing is double walled to provide
a heating jacked. The pump transfer chamber is heated by
circulating heat transfer fluid or steam through the jacket. |

KF gear pumps are used for pumping a wide variety of
fluids.
KF gear pumps are distinguished especially by their wide
range of variants which are assembled as required on the
modular principle and also permit subsequent upgrade.
The pumps are also suitable for media with low lubricating
properties.
The standard housing sections are of grey cast iron.
The gear units are manufactured from high-strength
case-hardening steel, hardened and mounted in special
multi-compound plain bearing bushes.
The standard drive shaft is sealed by rotary shaft
lip-type seal.
All pump sizes incorporate helical tooth system.
This feature, combined with special gear geometry,
results in extremely low noise levels and reduced
pressure pulsation. |

High Pressure Gear Pumps
Lynch gear pumps are available in six different groups (0.25, 0.5, 1P, 1, 2 and 3). Different pump displacements within each group, ranging between 0.011 cu. in./rev and 5.310 cu. in./rev, can be obtained by changing the thickness of the gear tooth band. Within the same group, different flanges, shafts, inlet and pressure ports are available.
The following items are also available:
- pumps with integrated maximum pressure valve;
- hi-pressure pumps
- bi-rotational pumps
- hydraulic motors (both unidirectional and bi-directional)
- modular multiple pumps. |
