Gear pumps of the TF series are particularly suitable for pumping all media which guarantee a minimum lubricity but do not contain any solids. The sense of rotation in TF pumps is normally clockwise as seen from the pump shaft. Upon request the pumps can be supplied with counter-clockwise rotation or with clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation with alternating direction of delivery flow. The nominal bores of suction and pressure ports are optimally dimensioned in order to limit the oil speeds to about 5 m/s max. at the standard rotational speed.

C-KLR ZEPHYR
Volume flow: 80 - 140 m³/h
Overpressure: +1.0 bar
Vacuum: -0.6 bar
With the innovative, dry-running C-KLR ZEPHYR multi-claw range from Elmo Rietschle, pressure and vacuum can be combined in a single claw stage. All operation points on pressure and suction side work almost independently from each other. The C-KLR ZEPHYR operates economically and highly efficiently thanks to the patented triplelobe design with intermediate charging of air. This new design reduces pulsation in the pipes connected to the pump, and keeps the noise level low. An integrated cooling system for compressed air allows operation in applications, where compressed air
temperatures are of importance.
Advantages:
- High efficiency, dry and frictionless compression
- Low maintenance
- Integrated air cooling without additional cooling medium
- Suitable for multiple applications
This series is also available as vacuum pump (C-VLR ZEPHYR) and compressor (C-DLR ZEPHYR).
Typical Applications:
Printing & Paper, Chemical, Environmental, Packaging, Pneumatic Conveying, Woodworking

The Mink rotary claw pumps were developed especially for use in industrial applications where constant vacuum or pressure is required, along with totally oil free compression. Mink vacuum pumps or blowers are used in all applications, which require oil-free vacuum or oil-free compressed air.
The Mink is available as a single-stage or two-stage vacuum pump.
Features
* Non-contact operation
* No maintenance
* High efficiency
* Many different sizes and models
* Speed control (option) · ATEX certified (option)
* Version for oxygen delivery
Application
Ideal for use in various industries such as Plastics, Printing and Paper, Food, Beverage, Wood, Pneumatic Conveying, Brick Making, Adsorption and Degassing, Environmental Technology, Metallurgy, Remediation and many more.

These pumps consist of a cylinder and a pumping element mounted on an eccentric shaft. As the eccentric shaft is rotated, the pumping element forms chambers with the cylinder, which increase in size at the intake port, drawing fluid into the pumping chamber. The fluid is transported to the discharge port where the pumping chamber size decreased. This action squeezes the fluid out into the discharge piping.

Type T Pump
With the series type T we offer a program with several variants and constructions for the transport of almost all pumpable media.
It can be used up to maximum rotational speeds of 1500 rpm at pressures up to 16 bar. The rotational speed is basically determined by the viscosity or lubricity of the pumped medium.
At viscosities in excess of 10000 mm²/s the medium to be pumped should flow to the pump. In case of suction heights of more than 7 m LC and admission pressures in excess of 2 bar please contact our engineering department as larger piping cross sections will be required!
The pumps are driven by electric motors, backgeared motors, belt drives adjustable gear motors, or similar.
All pumps can operate with clockwise or counter-clockwise sense of rotation.
- pulsation-free pumping delivery
- independent of sense of rotation
- sturdy construction
- easy mounting
- wide selection of materials
- several sealing variants
- for packings with suction bore

Ideal for use on diesel engines, fuel oil boosters, gear reducers, or for lubricating oil pumps on engines and compressors. Flange mounted pumps are compact, lightweight and designed to mount directly on your equipment.
The flange mounted pump shown was developed for us with a gear reducer. Haight engineers later applied this design principle to fit other customer requirements. When your project plans call for a custom-built positive displacement pump, Haight can analyze your needs and design a pump to meet them.
