Vanton CHEM-GARD® CGM-ANSI magnetically driven end suction process pumps are sealless, single stage, volute type centrifugals which meet ANSI B73.1 process pump specifications and conform to Hydraulic Institute Standards. They are designed to reflect the latest clean air regulations, to be environmentally safe, and to provide for the leakproof transfer of corrosive, toxic, hazardous and volatile liquids. These are not lined pumps. All fluid contact parts are made of solid, molded, stand-alone, chemically inert thermoplastic components. This avoids inherent liner-related dangers of pinpoint porosity, substrate separation due to faulty application or differential expansion, and surface abrasion.

General
Magnetic coupled DICKOW-Pumps of series NMB/NML are of sealless design.
The containment shell forms a closed system with hermetically sealed liquid end.
Applications
Magnetic driven NM-pumps are designed to improve plant and personnel safety, especially when handling toxic, explosive or other dangerous liquids which react on contact with the atmosphere. For all these services the containment shell replaces double acting mechanical seals with external fluid reservoirs and the necessary control equipment. NM-pumps therefore offer exceptional benefits to the chemical, petrochemical and allied industries and fulfill all environment protection regulations.
Maximum operating temperature 240°C (465°F) for the standard NMB/NML-type. The NMW-design with no internal circulation and dead-ended magnet end allows temperatures up to 350°C (660°F). The maximum allowable working pressure is 25 bar (364 psi).

ProMinent von Taine® pumps are magnetically-coupled rotary pumps for metering fluid chemicals. Metering is effected free of leakages, as the power transfer between motor and impeller is effected via a solenoid coupling. ProMinent von Taine® centrifugal pumps feed media up to 22 500 l/h and up to a suction height of 23.5 meters. The capacity being strongly dependent from the counter-pressure, the characteristic line must absolutely be observed.
Advantages
* Leakage-free metering of fluid chemicals
* No charge to the environment
* No loss of chemicals

Simple and versatile, the BM horizontal magnetic drive centrifugal pumps can be used with chemically aggressive liquids eliminating any risk of external leakage.
Thanks to the their magnetic coupling (transmission occurs by means of opposing magnets) and to the absence of rotating seals, this type of pump guarantees safe operation and the least possible maintenance. The pair of magnets in fact makes up the pump-motor connection: the shaft-motor magnet transmits rotary motion to the other magnet coupled to the impeller.
The liquids pumped must necessarily be clean, without the presence of suspended solids.
A wide variety of series versions are available with solutions for all industrial pumping needs.

The MX Series pumps represent the latest state of the art design in plastic magnetic drive pumps. With the experience gained from previous generations of MDH pumps, the MX Series has been engineered to meet the most severe operating conditions.
When fitted with a carbon bearing, the MX will allow for brief periods of dry running. The new “self radiating structure” (patent pending), in addition to the existing proven non-contact principle with front and rear supported spindle, greatly improves the ability to withstand cavitation and running against a closed discharge valve.
MX Series pumps are highly recommended for use in various production processes such as filtering, spraying, washing, plating and etching in surface treatment applications.
Split Volute casing (patent pending) The MX Series is the first resin magnet pump that uses a split volute pump casing that forms a vortex chamber

The Universal Mag Drive is the ideal sealing technology for critical liquid containment applications within Viking’s Universal Seal product line. It is dimensionally interchangeable with Viking's Heavy Duty bracketed and Universal Seal pumps, allowing for easy upgrade from packed or mechanical seals to sealless technology. The Universal Mag Drive’s hermetic, static sealed canister provides the highest level of liquid containment available by eliminating traditional dynamic shaft seals. It also eliminates housekeeping issues and downtime due to seal failure. This product is designed to handle a broad range of applications requiring continuous duty at pressures up to 200 PSI (14 Bar).
|
|
|
Viking Mag Drive® sealless internal and external gear pumps eliminate leakage and maintenance associated with shaft seals. For use with all hazardous/toxic fluids, hard-to-seal liquids and for 24/7 operations which cannot afford unscheduled downtime due to seal failure. Some models allow reversible direction of flow, and temporary run-dry capability. May be close-coupled to IEC or NEMA motors, or long-coupled with optional bearing carrier. ATEX conformity available.

General description :
GATHER Industrie’s magnetic drive gear pump is made from stainless steel, Hastelloy or titanium and may be used as dosing pump, process pump or for laboratory service. The hermetically sealed gear pumps convey and meter in a non-pulsating manner even non-lubricating liquids such as water, salt solutions, solvents, acids and caustic solutions. As low-maintenance process pumps they can be optimally integrated into existing systems; when used for metering or dosing service they enable highly precise and reproducible flow rates to be attained. Based on the magnetic coupling and making use of new materials GATHER Industrie constantly advances the pumps originally intended for laboratory service to optimum acid or caustic solution pumps used in pilot facilities (miniplant) and for process technological applications. It goes without saying that the pumps meet the requirements of the Pressure Vessel Code and are ATEX compliant for use in hazardous areas.

Magnetic drive gear pumps MDG series
Leakage free, sealless structure
The pump mechanism is the magnetic drive type. Free of leakage trouble, the pump is suitable to be incorpotated in various equipment.
Superior corrosion resistance
The wetted parts are manufactured from superior corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, PPS, and PEEK. Therefore, the pump can be used to transfer various types of chemical solutions.
Long life design
Each part that is precision processed using Iwaki's original technology excels in thermal resistance, therefore does not cause pump troubles due to thermal expansion of the parts. Even when operated for long continuous hours, the pump should exhibit superior durability.

KRAL pumps with magnetic coupling are hermetically tight, the pump station as well as the site itself stays clean. As magnetic couplings work without wear and maintenance-free, the life cycle costs are favourable comparative to conventional sealing systems.
Please consider that we are a manufacturer of high quality displacement pumps and flowmeters for liquids. The products (pumps with magnetic couplings, high pressure flowmeters and flowmeters – chemically resistant) mentioned on this portal are only part of our product range. IMO OptiLine magnetic coupled pumps, also called mag drive pumps, are an investment in a leak-free future. The benefits are unmatched: a dramatic reduction in maintenance and spare parts costs, improved safety and low environmental impact.
An extension of the low pressure ACE and ACG pump series, the OptiLine design features a sealed-off pump with inner rotor and permanent magnets coupled to the pump, which is then sealed by a non-magnetic can. On the atmospheric side, an outer rotor, also with permanent magnets, is coupled to the driver. With no sliding contact seals, there is no way for oil to escape.
OptiLine covers a flow range up to 70 m3/h. A small fraction of the pumped media is used for cooling of the coupling, so there is no requirement for an external cooling device. Nor is there any need for ventilating openings in the coupling chamber, eliminating wearing debris.
