Magnetic drive turbine pumps MDK series
Leakage free, turbine pump
As is common with corrosion resistant pumps, this series uses the magnetic drive method, eliminating all problems caused by liquid leakage. Its pump characteristics include a small flow rate and high head.
Built-in self-priming valve
The inlet side of the pump contains a self-priming valve. Self-priming is actuated quickly after initial priming.
Superior corrosion resistance
The main parts are manufactured from SCS313 or SCS14 stainless cast, allowing the pump to be used for transferring organic solvents and various other chemicals.

Even turbine pumps belong to our product range. The advantages of the magnetic drive system and of high pressures are here combined. While the MDT series is best suited for incorporation in equipment, the MDK series is used as process pump for difficult liquids.

General
Magnetic coupled DICKOW-Pumps of the series PRM according to API 685 are heavy duty sealless pumps. The containment shell forms a closed system to separate the pumped liquid from the atmosphere by confined gaskets.
The equipment (including auxiliaries) is designed and constructed for a minimum service life of 20 years (excluding normal wear parts) and an uninterrupted operation of at least 3 years.
Applications
Magnetic coupled PRM-pumps improve plant and personnel safety and reduce maintenance costs, because 90% of these costs are caused by leaking seals. The PRM-pumps will handle nearly all kinds of liquids in the chemical and petrochemical industry, in refineries and industrial heating plants. Especially liquids which are toxic, flammable, bad smelling or which react on contact with the atmosphere, that means if no leakage is acceptable. For all these services, the containment shell replaces the double acting mechanical seal with its external flushing system and the related control equipment.

Corken SC-Series pumps are a rotary side channel design. They produce a maximum differential head of 1,150 ft (350 m). The side channel pump is offered in six different sizes, each ranging from one to eight stages. This provides for a wide range of pressures and capacities ranging from 1gpm to 185 gpm (3.8–700 L/min). These pumps can handle discharge pressures up to 580 psig (40 bar).
* Magnetic Drive (shown)
* Stainless steel construction
* Double seal option
* High Temperature options
* Bronze or steel impellers
* DIN spec or ANSI drilled flanges
Versatility
Corken's SC Series pumps have provided solutions for a good number of problematic applications over the past 6 years. The capability of this pump to handle NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) as low as 1 ft coupled with its ability to pump liquids with high vapor content have made it particularly attractive to many of our customers.

The CMD series is a groundbreaking new series of sealless, non-metallic pumps specially designed for crucial liquid containment applications. This series offers several important benefits, including: 100% renewable performance with use of Viking’s recommended spare parts kit; an innovative magnet system with a patent-pending spline design that allows the magnet to self-align while floating on the shaft with no added fasteners; self-lubricating, heavy-duty bearings with patent-bearing geometry that allow dry-run capabilities; and, a unique, universal flange that allows for easy installation for both ANSI and DIN flanged systems, among other key benefits. In addition, the CMD series offers extreme flexibility, including an array of models with port sizes ranging from .25” to 1.5” (6.35 to 38.1 mm), a performance level of 100 SSU (22 cSt), normal capacity at 1450 RPM ranging from 0.34 to 30 GPM (1.3 to 120.0 LPM), normal capacity at 1750 RPM ranging from 0.4 to 33.0 GPM (1.5 to 125.0 LPM), a maximum differential pressure of 150 PSI (10 Bar), a maximum hydrostatic pressure of 200 PSI (14 Bar), approximate shipping weights ranging from 4 to 44 pounds (2 to 20 kg), and a maximum recommended operating temperature of 150°F (65°C).

Conventional sealing gaskets are pushed to their limits with
different applications. Typical applications are found in
polyurethane facilities, refrigerating machines and vacuum
facilities. For these applications, you have the possibility
to equip the KF 4…80 with a magnetic coupling.
The magnetic coupling serves as a shaft seal and for the
transmission of the torque. The outer rotor of the magnetic
coupling is assembled on the engine shaft and the inner
rotor is assembled directly on the pumping shaft. The
torque is transmitted through the magnetic forces between
the outer and inner rotor. Between the two rotors, you
have the split case which hermetically seals the pump.
