The Moog RKP pump, is a radial piston pump that has served the industrial market for over two decades. This product is a proven design with high reliability and a large selection of control options. It is well-respected in the industry for its rapid response times, high volumetric efficiencies, low noise levels, compact size and robust design.
Available in 7 pump sizes between 19 cc and 140 cc per revolution, the RKP pump has maximum speed ranges of 1,800 to 2,900 rpm. High pressure versions and multiple pump arrangements are available.

HINDHIVAC manufactures different models of Rotary Piston Vacuum Pumps. These Rotary Piston Vacuum Pumps are robust and are most reliable. They can be used in combination with Roots Vacuum Blowers.
These Piston Pumps are extremely useful in handling high volumes of gases and are provided with Gas Ballast Valves to pump out condensable vapors. These piston pumps are built to give uninterrupted service even under strenuous working conditions with economical power and oil consumption.
These Piston Pumps are water cooled to ensure continuous duty with high efficiency. The Piston Pump has a unique design in which the pump ensures that while the piston continues to rotate it maintains isolation of the compression and the suction cycle, drawing out the compressed air through the exhaust valve. High compression ratio for a steader flow and better efficiency
In Ragazzini pumps the piston stroke is longer than the diameter of the cylinder; this results in a high compression ratio and therefore an higher flow rate with a smaller number of revolutions. It is a pump with slower movements but a longer piston stroke. The whole mechanical part is thus improved, but in particular you obtain a more constant and compact flow, a greater self-priming capacity.
More efficient compensation to avoid any vibration and wear in the pipes
In Ragazzini pumps the dampeners have the shape and size that is most suitable for an uniform distribution of the high working pressure. They are placed directly on top of the suction and delivery pipes. In Ragazzini pumps the phenomenon generated by alternated pressures is already limited, but such an high compensation, so close to the pipes where the pressure is discharged, totally is eliminated.
More linear thrust to avoid mechanical wear and energy losses
The “sector” movement driven by a double support, common to all Ragazzini models, allows for the perfect alignment of the piston, thus providing the linear thrust necessary for the correct functioning of the piston gaskets and of the seals with Teflon gland rings.

The Dual Pump Package operates on the 3rd generation cutting model of OMAX Intelli-MAX® Software, which accommodates cutting at 80 hp utilizing two P4055V pumps.
The P4055V direct drive plunger pump operates at full power with a very low noise level and is driven by a variable speed electric motor for variable output pressure. Based on a single design platform, the pump delivers more than 90% of the electrical input power to the cutting nozzle and provides more cutting power per kilowatt than pumps using intensifier technology. Unlike intensifier pumps, the P4055V uses variable frequency drive (VFD) technology, which prevents the in-rush of currents upon starting the pump.
OMAX designed the Dual Pump Package for shops that specialize in cutting thick, difficult to machine materials and have high capacity production or multiple nozzle requirements.
