The PIAB Vacuum & Blow system has been developed to increase the productivity and improve the working environment in the graphic industry.
The system consists of three main components - the pump cabinet, the computer software, and one or two hand-held remote controls. By pressing just a few buttons you can set the exact level for suction and blowing. All functions can be controlled individually from a central control unit or by remote control. Energy consumption is reduced and production is speeded up considerably. The settings for different types of paper are stored in the computer, whence they can be extracted when it is time to reprint or perform a similar task. The opportunity to use software to control the pumps provides maximum control and precision. The cabinet also includes a manual emergency control unit.

GVMAX
Dialogue between two components, the electronic vacuum swith and the gripping valve controller, allows the consumption of compressed air to be regulated ans, above all, considerably reduced.
This range of venturis is strongly recommended for the gripping and holding of non-porous materials, and for medium or long cycles. An electrically controlled blowing device is built in for the release function.
