General descriptino
HINDHIVAC manufactures different models of Rotary Piston Vacuum Pumps. These Rotary Piston Vacuum Pumps are robust and are most reliable. They can be used in combination with Roots Vacuum Blowers.
These Piston Pumps are extremely useful in handling high volumes of gases and are provided with Gas Ballast Valves to pump out condensable vapors. These piston pumps are built to give uninterrupted service even under strenuous working conditions with economical power and oil consumption.
These Piston Pumps are water cooled to ensure continuous duty with high efficiency. The Piston Pump has a unique design in which the pump ensures that while the piston continues to rotate it maintains isolation of the compression and the suction cycle, drawing out the compressed air through the exhaust valve. The pump has a low oil charge and the gas ballast is provided to avoid oil contamination due to condensable vapors. This Piston Pump is water cooled to avoid over heating and for continuous running

Simplicity of design with only one shaft and direct drive produces robust, long-lasting pressure/vacuum generators compressors with low maintenance and running costs. These pressure/vacuum generators operate completely oil-free; the individual chambers are separated by long-life vanes. Already featuring integrated intake filter and control valve, these pressure/vacuum generators can be fitted with other accessories without a problem. The blast air cooler, which is also integrated, guarantees a very low blast air temperature. The compact cover ensures low noise and heat emission. The combined pressure/vacuum generators are additionally equipped with a second intake. This provides the capability of making minor adjustments to the suction and pressure side as well as to high blast air volumes. By way of option, the second intake can also be used as a second low-vacuum suction air supply. Optional corrosion protection also makes these vacuum pumps suitable for extracting moist air.

General description
HINDHIVAC "FD" Series Rotary Pumps are designed to address the needs of all the major requirements like research as well as industrial applications.
Raw Materials are chosen keeping in view of continuous pumping requirements. Pressure tight, special grade, fine grain castings & high carbon steel for internal parts are hardened and ground to close tolerances. These ensure noise and vibration at negligible minimum levels. Compactness and minimum oil charge are the highlights of the design feature.
These Rotary Pumps have a gas ballast facility to pump most condensable vapors without any notable oil contamination. An anti-suck-back facility prevents oil entering the system in the event of pump being switched off due to power failure. An integral Oil pump ensures lubrication and sealing to build high vacuum.
These Rotary Pumps find application in the area like Impregnation, Nuclear particle study, Electronic Tube evacuation, Lamp manufacturing Industries, Air conditioning and Refrigeration, Freeze Drying, Gas circulation, vacuum forming, Filtration, Metalizing, Distillation, Vacuum Metallurgy, etc.

XDS Scroll Pump
Scroll pumps are an excellent alternative to rotary vane pumps where oil free pumping is desirable. The innovative new XDS pumps in particular use a patented bearing shield to isolate the vacuum environment from all forms of lubricant not only making them totally dry, but also protecting the bearing from any process gases. Vapor handling is enabled by an adjustable gas ballast; this allows the range of pumps to satisfy many applications that were previously off limits to scroll pumps.

Using "multi-stage" compression, side channel vacuum pumps generate low-pulsation suction air. Perfected impeller design with curved blades guarantees Optimum efficiency. Separation of the compression chambers on both sides of the impeller permits single-stage, twin-flow as well as two-stage, single-flow operation with only one impeller. Vacuum filter and vacuum safety valve can be integrated as an optional extra in the patented design of the sound absorbers. The sound absorbers can be varied in length, affording flexible adjustment to available installation space.

The PIAB Vacuum & Blow system has been developed to increase the productivity and improve the working environment in the graphic industry.
The system consists of three main components - the pump cabinet, the computer software, and one or two hand-held remote controls. By pressing just a few buttons you can set the exact level for suction and blowing. All functions can be controlled individually from a central control unit or by remote control. Energy consumption is reduced and production is speeded up considerably. The settings for different types of paper are stored in the computer, whence they can be extracted when it is time to reprint or perform a similar task. The opportunity to use software to control the pumps provides maximum control and precision. The cabinet also includes a manual emergency control unit.
