ET07 is actually the most compact leak test instrument in the world. Although it is an instrument with very reduced dimensions, in performance terms it can be absolutely compared with the most complex and big leak test systems.
The instrument detects leaks, taking advantage of the “pressure drop” principle: at the beginning it pressurizes the piece and after an arrangement time, it finds the pressure decay.
The leds which are set on the superior part, give information about the condition and the results of the test.
ET08 is equipped with mass flow meter, air temperature meter, pressure meter and simple leds that indicate tests outcomes.
2 outputs for power valves, 4 outputs and 3 digital inputs, those at 24 Vdc, make the device compatible with PLCs, automations and switchboards.
ET08 is also equipped with 2 serial lines: one is used during programming and visualization, the second one is made for customizations.
The particular “No Test” mode can measure the gas flow
Vision Box the remote control device for FOR TEST leak test instrumentation. This central unit allows to manage test parameters, results, remote controls, connecting signals and 4 inspection stations final test print.
Vision Box is equipped with four serial connectors useful for the connection to the instruments and with a connector for connection to automations, FOR TEST peripheral devices and printers. The case was planned in order to make the device particularly useful for being set up as panel, or on multi-station banks. |

DATA Plus allows to program test sequence of leak and flow rate test on the same component.
The microleak measures are performed not with pressure drop but directly measuring the leak flow rate in cc/h.
The flow air rate measures are made using 3 flow sensors with different scales range to adapt the measure at the effective capacity of the component on test with the selected accuracy.
The instrument allow to use up to 16 programmable sequences.
Every sequence may include up to 16 different test: each test, leak or air flow rate, may be setted with different test parameters.
So it is possible to set different sequence for different products to test.
The instrument is made by two differents parts:
- ELECTRONIC TERMINAL displaying all the operating and programming states
- PNEUMATIC MODULE with pressure and flow sensor, pressure regulators and elettro-pneumatic valves

Delta D is an electro-pneumatic leak tester dedicated to perform pressure decay leak tests with the differential method, the system measures the pressure difference between the product to be tested and a reference sample.

BENCHMIKE 283 - Off-line tube samples ID/OD/Wall Measurement System
For precision ID, OD, and Wall Thickness measurements, simply place a tube sample on the ID/OD/Wall fixture and the BenchMike will calculate all the dimensions. The ID/OD/Wall fixture can also automatically rotate a sample to a pre-defined number of positions for measurements at multiple points around the product. This rotation allows for the calculation of concentricity and ovality of the tube. The graphical user interface has options to view the rotational cross section of the product and a graph that shows deviation or variation at the various rotational degrees of measurement.

TesT 205 screw testing machines were newly developed based on the
experience of many years and essentially consist out of 4 components:
• 1 force/torque transducer
• 1 machine frame with regulated drive, angle measurement and table
• 1 PC with integrated data acquisition board and motor control
• 1 Software package
The evaluation takes place in real time processing and online during
the test sequences. The force/torque transducer is patented. Its shaping permits the measurement of the 3 quantities: total torque, head friction torque and clamping force without influence of one quantity by one of the others.
Sequences can be programmed by yourselves using the general instructions existing in the software. The available finished software packages according to international standards or standards of the car
