ET07 is actually the most compact leak test instrument in the world. Although it is an instrument with very reduced dimensions, in performance terms it can be absolutely compared with the most complex and big leak test systems.
The instrument detects leaks, taking advantage of the “pressure drop” principle: at the beginning it pressurizes the piece and after an arrangement time, it finds the pressure decay.
The leds which are set on the superior part, give information about the condition and the results of the test.
ET08 is equipped with mass flow meter, air temperature meter, pressure meter and simple leds that indicate tests outcomes.
2 outputs for power valves, 4 outputs and 3 digital inputs, those at 24 Vdc, make the device compatible with PLCs, automations and switchboards.
ET08 is also equipped with 2 serial lines: one is used during programming and visualization, the second one is made for customizations.
The particular “No Test” mode can measure the gas flow
Vision Box the remote control device for FOR TEST leak test instrumentation. This central unit allows to manage test parameters, results, remote controls, connecting signals and 4 inspection stations final test print.
Vision Box is equipped with four serial connectors useful for the connection to the instruments and with a connector for connection to automations, FOR TEST peripheral devices and printers. The case was planned in order to make the device particularly useful for being set up as panel, or on multi-station banks.

The last evolution of ET99W is ET99M, which is better in terms of measurement resolution, hardware and software updating. The main software improvements of ET99M are:

3 expansion connectors allow ET99M-COM to interface with PC, PLC, local printers, automatic and semi automatic stations, FOR TEST© accessories.
The leak interception tracer ET99M-COM finds out the leaks in the external environment of the piece that must be tested.
This test system applies in every components type, provided that there is the possibility to contain the same one in a airtight bell or the possibility to intercept the escape on two different chambers (valves in general). The test is carried out pressurizing the detail from the inner side or from one of the two chambers, and then there is the detection of the pressure variation in the environment situated between the bell and the element or in the other chamber.
ET99M-COM can furthermore execute a control of optional seal on the bell and it is combined with a rapid drainage valve for tests which are superior to 5 Bar.
This test system is suitable for execute tests with acceptance test pressure till 200 Bar, as it is structured in order to respect the necessary safety conditions not only for the operator, but also for the surrounding environment.
This test system is characterized by a highest sensibility (according to rules 10/100 times compared to the traditional systems, and more over working with elevated pressures) and by the test execution speed, as the same one coincides with the pressurization phase of the detail that must be tested.

ET99M-DF is the product line of leaks detectors which take advantage of the differential measurement principle.
This product line can be utilized in the following practical applications: in low pressure ultrafast leak tests, in order to minimize the trend of settlement characteristic and in variable or very high pressures tests, where it is necessary to maintain the same leakage sensibility on the whole scale.
In both cases the instrument is equipped at least with two measure transducers, one useful for the filling pressure and one for the leak-off rate differential measurement, which is a crystal transducer for pressures till 5Bar, or an electrostatic transducer for pressures till 45 Bar.
In this last version we applied the new improvements of ET99M, that is to say:

Hydratron has many years of experience in designing and manufacturing Relief Valve Test Benches ( PSV Test Benches ) which are suitable for testing 1/2" up to 24" valves having screwed or flanged connections at pressure of upto 14,500 PSI ( 1,000 Bar ) using water or gas as the test medium.
Valves under test can either be hydraulically clamped or fastened to the test bed and safety shields are fitted to protect the operator.
Panel mounted test gauges monitor the pressure in the valve undergoing test and full data logging facilities can be provided which allow charts to be produced and test data to be stored for future reference.
Portable units can be supplied with fork lift pockets or mounted within containers complete with lifting tackle, work bench and vice.
Alternatively static units are available for installation in maintenance workshops or production lines.

A full range of Valve Test Rigs and Benches are available from Hydratron which are suitable for testing all kinds of valves including pressure relief, safety relief, ball, needle, gate, butterfly, globe and actuator controlled valves.
Valves can be tested using either gas or liquid as the test medium at pressures of up to 30,000 PSI ( 2,000 Bar )
Hydratron can supply test rigs having either screwed test stubs on to which test flanges can be screwed or fully adjustable hydraulic clamping systems. Interlocked test compartments can be included so test pressure cannot be applied to the valve under test until the valve is fully clamped in position.
Basic manual controls are standard but fully automated PLC controlled test rigs can be especially manufactured to order.
Full instrumentation is provided whilst full data logging is an option which allows charts of the test to be printed and data to be stored for future reference.
