TestBench configurations were designed with component testing in mind, and thanks to their modular approach, a wide array of configurations and performance capabilities are possible.
TestBench systems can be multi-channel and multi-axis. The WinTest® PCI controller can provide control for up to eight channels at a time. Reaction brackets are pre-designed to allow attachment of components or the test specimen to the mounting baseplate. In addition, a saline bath can be provided as an environmental option. By selecting the proper baseplate and ElectroForce® motor packages, a variety of testing needs can be addressed. |

ET07 is actually the most compact leak test instrument in the world. Although it is an instrument with very reduced dimensions, in performance terms it can be absolutely compared with the most complex and big leak industrial test systems.
The instrument detects leaks, taking advantage of the “pressure drop” principle: at the beginning it pressurizes the piece and after an arrangement time, it finds the pressure decay.
The leds which are set on the superior part, give information about the condition and the results of the test.
ET08 is equipped with mass flow meter, air temperature meter, pressure meter and simple leds that indicate tests outcomes.
2 outputs for power cocks, 4 outputs and 3 digital inputs, those at 24 Vdc, make the device compatible with Suppliers of plcs, automations and switchboards.
ET08 is also equipped with 2 serial lines: one is used during programming and visualization, the second one is made for customizations.
The particular “No Test” mode can measure the gas flow

For the utmost convenience, the Micro Dyne is packaged as a COMPLETE MOTOR TESTING SYSTEM. Everything that is needed to accurately and efficiently test miniature motors and mini motors is included with the purchase of a Magtrol Micro Dyne. The only component that needs to be supplied by the customer is a laptop or desktop personal computer and a motor power metering.

BENCHMIKE 283 - Off-line tube samples ID/OD/Wall Measurement System
For precision ID, OD, and Wall Thickness measurements, simply place a tube sample on the ID/OD/Wall fixture and the BenchMike will calculate all the dimensions. The ID/OD/Wall fixture can also automatically rotate a sample to a pre-defined number of positions for measurements at multiple points around the product. This rotation allows for the calculation of concentricity and ovality of the tube. The graphical user interface has options to view the rotational cross section of the product and a graph that shows deviation or variation at the various rotational degrees of measurement.
