The hotflex® is worldwide the first tubular heater which can be manually bent in all three dimensions. Easiest handling, simple assembly, optimal thermal features and the simple storage (the hotflex® is supplied in straight condition with numerous lengths from stock) are outstanding product arguments.
The three dimensional bending of the hotflex® enables _towards the traditional heating (e. g. with hotrod® cartridge heaters type HHP) high flexibility.
With applications such as outline heating a better heat transition, considerable savings of the tool mass, replacements as well as lower energy consumption can be achieved.

Heatflon® Serie PH 1 - 9
Heatflon® heaters of the PH series consist of a stainless steel tubular radiator sheated in PFA. The head of the heater is made of PTFE and the connecting cable of PFA. Heating zone, head and connecting cable are welded together watertightly as a result a complete immersion in aggresive media is possible.
All devices of the PH series are earthed and approved by association of German engieers (VDE).
As an optional extra, all heaters can also be pre-equipped for a thermal monitoring. Users who purchase a special controller are then able to monitor the internal temperature between the stainless steel heater and the PFA tube, thereby reducing substantially the risk of fire. Heatflon® tubular radiators of the PH series are available for various surface loads, eg:
2,2 W/cm² - 1,5 W/cm² - 1,0 W/cm², applicable dependent on the specific media. |

| Watlow's WATROD tubular heater elements and flat FIREBAR elements are designed primarily for direct immersion in liquids such as water, oils, solvents and process solutions, molten materials as well as air and gases. By generating all the heat within the liquid or process, these heaters are virtually 100 percent energy efficient. These versatile heaters can also be formed and shaped into various geometries for radiant heating and contact surface heating applications. UL® and CSA component recognized elements available. |
|
-The Hotwatt Tubular Heater has built-in resistance to shock, vibration, corrosion and temperature extremes.
-The heater is swaged, reducing the diameter of the metal sheath and compacting the insulation. This insures rapid heat transfer and holds the coil in position for forming.
-Many formations are available.
-Long, trouble free service.
-Made in U.S.A.

Bono's HTH high temperature heaters are designed for capacities ranging from 2 to 25MW. Thermal fluids, of synthetic type, can be used both in liquid and vapour phase, up to 400°C.
The design of HTH heaters is innovative, gives several advantages versus the coil type design and on the other hand it is extremely reliable, thanks to Bono's experience with more than 2000 installations all over the world.
The main advantages of HTH are: the compact design, especially in terms of height, and the complete accessibility for cleaning and maintenance; the built-in preheater, in the same heater base, reduces the local assembly costs; the accessibility of the furnace allows a cheap repairing, since any tube is replaceable working inside the furnace.
HTH are supplied equipped with burner, regulation equipment, instruments, built-in preheater, safeties and accessories, in a transportable package, thanks to their original compact design. The package, ready to be connected to the network, is tested in Bono Energia's workshop before shipping, ensuring a quick and efficient site commissioning and start up.
All Bono's heaters are constantly updated by 30 engineers to the strictest international norms, in order to insure higher efficiency to save money and lower level emissions. |

Thermal fluid heaters series OMP and HTH (and HTH-R) are suitable for heavy duty industrial operation. They can operate with a wide range of mineral and synthetic thermal fluids.
The multi-tubular patented design offers common features joined to different standards in calculation and design, according to the maximum bulk and film temperature to be obtained (Design, construction and testing according to API 560 , ASME, EN, DIN, ABS, R.I.Na. SQLO and others).
Both series are suitable for medium-large capacity production and high fluids operating temperatures.
The innovative and patented multi-tubular design offers advantages versus the conventional heater coil design in terms of:
- Less operating costs, thanks to the higher thermal efficiency;
- Less maintenance and inspection costs, due to total absence of refractory and of fouling even, in case of oil firing;
- Less fuel and power consumption, because of reduced fluid pressure loss.
- Lower thermal fluids degradation rate, thanks to the small difference between bulk and film temperatures and to the higher fluid velocity in the radiant section.
Series: OMP / HTH
Design: Multi-tubular heater
Capacity: 1.7 to 17.4 MWt / 2 to 40 MWt
Thermal fluid temperature: up to 360°C / up to 400°C
