The unique MCPI’s Multi Channel Feeder, is probably the best solution on the market, to give a simultaneous, quick and accurate dosing of ingredient on multiple application points, with sprinkling effect.
These feeders are controlled with motor rpm and outlet section of extractor. MCPI’s “Short-cut system” is mechatronic solutions which ensure a perfect control of the extractor movement with repeatability below 3/100 sec, to ensure quick and accurate feeding.
This range of machines is an efficient cost effective solution for high cadencies productions (dosing time from 0.2 sec, up to 60 dosing cycles / min). The feeder can be fit on “C” shape mobile truck, to facilitate cleaning operations.
Design of these feeders is made in agreement with drug and food industries requests for cleaning.

In principle, volumetric feeding is the simplest, most economical feeding solution available. Bulk material is held in a hopper and constantly fed into a process per unit of time. A gravimetric feed rate may be inferred through a calibration process where a timed sample is taken and weighed, and screw speed adjusted accordingly. Although there is no weight feedback to assure feeding accuracy over time, this may not be a concern for materials with consistent bulk density.

The feeders with vibrating channel mod. V are particularly suitable to treat fragile materials or materials which can not be treated with mechanical devices which could compromise their integrity. They are suitable for granular materials, pellets or short fibres, but can also be utilised with fluid powders with a low humidity grade. The dosing device is made of a steel channel which is installed on a electromagnetic vibrator with glass fibres springs and its dimensions depends on the materials to dose and the feed rates to make.
The gravimetric version has the machine installed on a weighing plate with loading cell or directly on a couple of loading cells through a proper support framework. Many different weighing devices are at disposal to satisfy every needs both for the dosing in continuous and for the batch one.

Syntron® Volumetric Feeder Machines
Simple design and flexible control account for the efficient, economical performance of Syntron Volumetric Feeder Machines, and the growing industrial preference for them. These units can feed most dry bulk materials and can be supplied to conform to FDA and USDA specifications. Six Syntron Volumetric Feeder Machine models are available.

DPM 0
MICRODOSERS
DPM 0 is a precision microdoser based on a cave rotor and a pulse feeding. It is able to dose masterbatch or additives up to 0,1 grams. DPM can be installed as a normal dosing unit and features a remote control system, as standard.

It is, with the transfer, the oldest know-how of Spiroflux.
The dispenser on ground DRD, first of all, was one of the "products headlight" of the company. We manufactured some more than 2500 specimens, and always let us manufacture we, although gravimetric measuring makes him competition cruelly.

Adapted for semi-automatic volumetric dispensing operations, the new mta CD cartridge dispenser is electronically controlled allowing setting of the volume to be dispensed. The CD can be integrated into the platform of mta’s TR 300 table-top robot based on 3 fully programmable numerical axes or on a pneumatic station.
Compared to time/pressure-systems, the CD offers significant advantages:
- Higher precision achieved via the stepper motor.
- Process-security: the plunger is always in contact with the piston of the dispenser. No air cushion between the material and the plunger can occur.

Series E Hand Held Test Measures:
The Seraphin® Series E test measure is manufactured of type 300 stainless steel. It is available in any capacity from 5 liters (1 US Gallon) to 40 liters (10 US Gallons).
