MULTIPLO is an automatic vertical lift system with plastic containers for the storage of small-sized items.Storage and movement of materials are made using europallet submultiple containers with a standard base(400 x 600 mm),a variable height (min.75-max.420 mm) and a maximum loading capacity of 50 kg.MULTIPLO is frequently used for the storage of small-sized items in containers,as it is the only automatic storage system that exploits to the full all available space.These containers can be easily lifted out of the structure and a simple barcode reading allows operators to check and manage the container, even when it has been extracted.Depending on the warehouse capacity required and the space available,it's possible to create up to 16 columns of warehouse storage.In addition,the telescopic platform removal device can manage containers that are stacked two deep,effectively doubling the capacity of the storage system.The main console controls movement of materials within the storage system and at the same time allows the full management of all stock data.The retrieval system brings the containers in sequence to the different access openings, so user times are reduced still further.It is possible to have bays on different levels and/or on opposite sides of the storage system.These characteristics make MULTIPLO the perfect storage system for finished products,raw materials or partially worked products and it lends itself to all types of sectors:mechanical, electrical,chemical-pharmaceutical,fashion accessories,plastic items,etc..
