The AccuFill system is a void measurement system that calculates the proper amount of paper packaging material needed to protect products during shipment.
As boxes come down the line, the AccuFill sensors scan the box to determine its size, measure the volume of the products inside the box and calculate the amount of paper material needed to fill the void. The FillPak® converter receives the AccuFill signal and dispenses the exact amount of paper needed. The operator can fill the box. An AccuFill data report will break down the paper usage of the AccuFill system by collecting data for each box ran through the system. A variety of reports can be generated to provide you with an excellent overview on the optimization options of your packaging solution.
