Product overview
The roller conveyor shot blasting machines are designed for surface cleaning and preparation of plates, NPI, NPU, brackets, profiles and similar metal parts. They are suitable for inline processing of semi-finished and finished products transported on roller conveyors.

Operation
Workpieces are moved through the blasting zone by roller conveyors at the machine inlet and outlet. Turbines are mounted on the machine frame at controlled angles to apply abrasive media from top and bottom, ensuring rapid longitudinal blasting. Conveyor speed is adjustable per load using digital speed control to match part geometry and required surface treatment.

Customization and manufacture
Machines are engineered and manufactured according to part dimensions, weight and daily throughput. Conveyor lengths and blast chamber configuration can be customized. Option available for adaptation to a suspended conveyor system.
