Description

About the FBE 125 X•ONE
The FBE X•ONE series is ACG’s most advanced range of fluid‑bed systems, developed at the ACG Design Centre in Mülheim, Germany. It provides top‑spray granulation and drying for pharmaceutical and related formulations and is suitable for batches up to 125 l.

Applications
  • Top‑spray granulation
  • Wet‑mass drying
  • Hot‑melt granulation
  • Tangential‑spray granulation

Features & Benefits
12‑bar pressure‑shock‑resistant design incorporating the Maximum Operator Safety Technology (MOST™) concept approved by FSA (Germany) and compliant with ATEX (Directive 2014/34/EU). No mechanical deformation from pressure shocks; production can be resumed quickly; fully contained non‑vented design enhances environmental safety.
X•ONE inflatable seals — operate safely at low pressure (from 4.5 bar).
QASV (Quick Action Stop Valves) — ensures explosion containment within 20 milliseconds of detection.
ACG proprietary process control system — compliant with ATEX, GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11 for secure, intuitive monitoring and control.
Customised charging, discharging and WIP options — available for standalone units or granulation‑train configurations to meet formulation requirements.
