Overview
Series of semiautomatic machines for welding and assembling RSC (Regular Slot Cartonplast) boxes and box pallet sleeves from sealed-flute hollow-profile sheets. Machines convert die-cut hollow profile sheets into assembled RSC boxes or sleeves adapted for box pallet use. Configurable for production needs with touchscreen parameter management and single or double welding head options.

Available machine configurations

• Single Welding Head machine: semiautomatic unit that welds the two external sides of a single die-cut RSC sheet to assemble the box. For larger RSC boxes or box pallet sleeves, two die-cut sheets can be processed by running them twice through the machine: first pass to join the two die cuts; second pass to weld the external sides of the combined sheet to obtain the assembled box or sleeve. Touchscreen stores and recalls running parameters per product. The machine can also join two sheets to produce a wider sheet.

• Double Welding Heads machine: semiautomatic unit with two welding heads that can simultaneously join two die-cut sheets and weld the external sides to assemble larger RSC boxes or box pallet sleeves. The feeding unit width is automatically set to the final sleeve dimension to ensure squareness. Touchscreen stores width settings and running parameters per product. The machine can also be used to join/weld two sheets to produce a wider sheet.
