ABSPPPS

Overview
Our BM & TM series thermoforming machines are fully automatic models for producing parts in PS, EPS, PP, EPP, PVC, PET, PETG, ABS, HIPS, OPS, PLA and mPLA starting from bobbin.

Technology
The 22 BM/TM and 30 BM/TM models use a simultaneous forming & punching system with moulds that incorporate the cutting system to guarantee optimal dimensional precision of formed parts. The TM series features a bottom tilting-platen that allows the use of multi-row moulds.

Key features

• Mechanical-cams actuation with an electronic programmer controlling the working cycle; parameters can be adjusted during operation and mould data stored for quick changeovers.
• Can be integrated with an in-line extrusion line designed for this production system to obtain finished products directly from raw-material granules.

Options
These thermoforming machines can be supplied with various optional accessories on request.
