Product Overview
IP Class rain water spray simulation environmental test chamber is designed to verify whether enclosures and seals maintain functional performance and technical status of equipment and components after or during rain exposure. It reproduces artificial rain under controlled conditions without strong wind or large sample-rain temperature differentials, and supports evaluation against international IP standards.

Application
The chamber is used to assess waterproofing of enclosures and components in electronics, automotive, telecommunications and similar industries by simulating rainfall and classifying waterproof performance.

IP Tests and Functions

• IPX1 / IPX2: controlled drip/drop tests with negative-pressure intake design and single nozzles resistant to clogging.
• IPX3 / IPX4: oscillating pipe test with gear motor; nozzle angle and oscillation speed adjustable, nozzle oriented toward circle center.
• IPX5 / IPX6: titanium-alloy nozzles to avoid water column breakup and ensure uniform pressure distribution.
• IPX9K: imported high-temperature, high-pressure pump and standard titanium-alloy nozzle for stable high-pressure jet testing.
