Vibrating table with timer AS series

Overview
This tester evaluates vibration resistance of packaged goods, printed circuit boards and electrical products by reproducing transport vibration and shocks. Results support packaging design and failure analysis.

Product Description
The tester uses an eccentric shaft to generate an elliptical motion that simulates road and sea transport vibrations. The test platform is mounted on the eccentric bearing; as the shaft rotates the platform performs an elliptical vertical motion. Adjusting shaft speed simulates different vehicle or vessel speeds and vibration intensities.

Design standards
ASTM, ISTA, EN, ANSI, UL — suitable for toys, electronics, furniture, gifts, ceramics, packaging and other items for simulated transport testing.
